The customer service I received from a gentleman named Simon was exceptional. He was highly intelligent, competent, and a pleasure to deal with.

I used Swytch while abroad and needed to port my number back to EE.

The process was simple from start to finish. Support replied quickly, did sensible security checks, sent me a one-time code, and issued the PAC the same day.

Instructions were clear, including the PAC expiry and what would happen with billing. After the port completed, they confirmed my number was removed and cancelled the subscription without any hassle.

Polite, prompt, and transparent throughout. Exactly how customer support should be. I’d use Swytch again and I’m happy to recommend them.

Swytch is a neat solution if you want to have multiple numbers, or keep a number for various reasons. I find their customer service super responsive and helpful.

I emailed Simon at Switch with some really daft questions, but I needed to be absolutely sure that I understood what Swytch was and that it was right for me. Simon answered all my questions promptly, and when I signed up for it, the porting in of my UK number was done within a day. I would absolutely recommend Swytch to anyone looking for a way to keep a UK number but without having to pay for a costly UK contract.

Swytch made it possible to manage everything digital (you know all those one time authentication codes that are sent to your mobile phone) during a period overseas. The solution worked almost without a hitch over four years and support, when needed on occasion, has been outstanding.

Firstly, this is a great service if you need to set up a new UK number while you are away from the UK.

I was also able to transfer my existing UK number (previously with TalkTalk who gave a short notice that they were stopping their mobile service) to Swytch. (Note: this transfer has to be done via support at swytch.com after you've set up your account and got a number from them.)

Swytch's support is excellent! They are incredibly quick to respond and it's a real human that you're dealing with. There was an issue with the transfer of my existing UK number and it did take some time to resolve (as it was caused by the main carrier Vodafone) but Swytch support were totally on the case until the resolution was done.

A nice app too. Imports all your contacts for easy calls, works when not open (n.b. you must have all the app notifications allowed in your mobile settings) and SMS text messages work fine.

Previously, I had to pay over £1 per minute to receive calls while roaming - now it costs nothing. Great result.

The app works exactly as advertised - it's very easy to use and it's been a simple but very effective way of keeping a UK mobile number. Looking over the authorisation codes and other messages I've received after moving overseas has shown just how useful that's been.

My experience with the service team who support porting a number into the app and getting everything set up was first rate too. Very responsive, very knowledgeable and able to provide well informed practical support. If only all service teams offered anything close.

I would highly recommend Swytch, not only that signing up was simple, the interface is clear but most importantly the customer service is excellent. I encountered issues with my bank and customer support was fast, patient and informative. Simon is an asset to the company and with his help I managed to resolve the payment issue on the Swytch end, whilst my bank has left me hanging without clear information regarding the problem. The most important aspect of an online service is tested when there are issues and Swytch has passed with flying colours. Highly recommended
