I had a great experience with Ian quick…

I had a great experience with Ian quick response one text the company my TV and wall mount arrived with no damage. I texted out to iron about my cover and got back to me right away and was getting the cover out to me next week. Great company. I would recommend this company to anybody and also I would recommend a TV exterior TV waterproof. Great picture great price you cannot go wrong with this company. I will definitely be recommending my family and friends.

I would like to personally thank Ian for his quick follow up to my question. I was concerned about the delivery of a mount I had purchased. Ian reviewed my matter and responded via email within 15 minutes. I received the mount this afternoon.

I want to personally thank IAN for…

I want to personally thank IAN for being a therapist, an excellent customer service rep, and, most importantly, a compassionate human when I called concerned that our shipped TV was lost. IAN totally went beyond the call of duty to help us sort out our TV shipment. $2500 is a lot of money to be “lost.” IAN promised to research the location of our TV and call us at 10 am the next morning with a report on location.

Rest assured, the TV just arrived. My husband and myself could not be more grateful for IAN's patience and professionalism. IAN put our minds at ease and did everything humanly possible to help assist with inaccurate & complicated tracking technology.

Great customer service.

I was having issues with operating my TV, that I could not find in the manual. Ian answered my phone call in a very short amount of time and politely & Knowledgeably walked me through every issue I had and cleared it up for me. I now have the connectivity and all the operations under control.
Sylvox is lucky to have Ian on their team. Thank you so much IAN, YOU HAVE MADE MY TRIP MORE PLEASANT.:-)

No UK plug, too mean to put batteries in remote

Just received my tv, ordered through amazon. There is no UK plug included, and no 12v plug either (which I messaged you the other day to check, and was assured there would be). They are even too mean to include batteries for the remote. Thankfully as I purchased through Amazon, I am able to return. It is a shame, as it is the perfect size to mount under my campervan cupboard. I purchased a cello tv that came with all four adaptors, usa, eu, uk, and 12v, and even managed to include batteries for remote.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! The worst customer service experience I've ever had dealing with a company! I've been trying to purchase, receive and install a working TV for the better part of a month now. They originally sent one that had a shattered screen. Due to the fact they have 1 customer service person that works for them during the day and 1 at night, it's been damn near impossible to reach anyone and accomplish anything. Both are in Asia and in different time zones than the United States. The guy during the day almost never answers the phone, is zero help if he does and will not call back if you have to leave a message. There is 1 person that responds to emails by the name of Sunny. She will answer your messages sent during the day hours later in the middle of the night at 2-5am. Unfortunately, the messages at those times rarely make since and/or accomplish anything. An installer called me before I was even notified by Sylvox. After speaking with and scheduling an installer with the installation company directly, we had other installers call and show up at our home without notice on the day of install in addition to the guy originally scheduled. We attempted to call Sylvox and resolve the manner in real time, but of course no-one answered. I could go on and on. SPEND MORE MONEY AND BUY ELSEWHERE!!!

Great customer service

Great customer service, remote wasn't connected to the TV. I emailed the service department and Ian came back to me within 10 minutes with a solution thank you very much!

I received my tv in early April…

I received my tv in early April although I was a bit disappointed in the fact I didn’t get the rolling tr stand and almost went somewhere else. Ian assured me to hang in there that’it wouldn’t be long. He kept me updated until they came in my stand is on its way and I’m glad I waited and if it wasn’t for Ian’s assurances I would have gone elsewhere. I’m glad I waited and I owe it to him for keeping me updated. Thanks Ian Len Greene

I purchased my Sylvox TV which I…

I purchased my Sylvox TV which I absolutely love. I enjoy sitting outside on my lanai watching my beautiful TV. It has a great sound a wonderful picture and when I called to get my cover for my screen, the customer service that I received was extraordinary. I definitely give five stars. If I could get more stars, I would thank you again .

Terrible customer service

Bought an outdoor 75” Deck Pro 2.0. Arrived after 10 days with a dead pixel. I asked for them to refund $500 instead of returning TV ($6800). They said this was the only option…I saw they had an upgraded 2025 model
For $7300. They requires I buy new TV and then receive the old tv before they would refund me for the faulty Deck Pro. Customer service is terrible…long delays in responses, inconsistent responses and the same with shipping. Now they are quibbling with me over $70 Tv mount and it doesn’t fit my new tv. Spend a little mOre and get the Terrace from Best Buy. It’s been one long pain in the a$$ with aylvox.

I have a Sylvox 15.6" Kitchen TV

I have a Sylvox 15.6" Kitchen TV. (Model KT16A0KGGA-S). When the TV is turned off, the clock was resetting. I presumed that it was because the clock battery was dead. I asked what type of battery was needed and what was the procedure to replace the battery.
Within a short period Ian replied with the procedure to replace the battery and the type of battery. Within moments of getting a new battery, the clock was holding the correct time.
Ian ws quickly responsive. His assistance was appreciated.

TV works well but other problems occurred!

After I made a purchase, my debit card was closed by the bank because unauthorized purchases were being attempted. I also was charged an international exchange fee, but after bringing it to the attention of Sylvox I was reimbursed. The TV was delivered on time and it works well.

Outstanding Service this is the second…

Outstanding Service this is the second time I have had the pleasure of working with Ian. Ian went above and beyond her duties to see if she was able to help me with my situation. Ian working in customer service made my experience pleasant. If she didn’t know the answer Ian called back to give you the correct information. I am very grateful to her. In addition if I was your company I’d have her put in charge of training. This is the kind of person you pray to encounter when contacting customer service I’d give her ten out of ten rating. I never written reviews but this lady deserves it. Keep up the good work! Customers like I will continue buying products from SYLVOX.
