The sales support was very good. I had reinstall my Windows and the software did not worked anymore requiring to be activated again. The sales team was fast and efficient in providing the necessary info for re-activating the software.

I was helpt great by the helpdesk after some trouble with how to use my gmail backup with google account!

Initially the activation did not work with the version of Hotmail Backup Tool and the download link in the email was for an older version which would not sign into my email. However, the support team satisfactorily provided an outcome that activated the software version that worked with my email. Now I am happy and can back up my email folders.

SysInfoTools provides tech support that can be rarely accoutered. Shubham spent quite a lot of time trying to determine the reason why the duplicate remover did a very good job, but did not generate the output file. He uploaded my PST file, which was huge, with the intention to run the software on this file to determine what has happened. I have never experienced so much dedication of any tech support person to resolve a difficult issue. I am very grateful to Shubham for his help.

This company is a total SCAM. Buyer Beware.
Company will sell you the $39.00 .PST fix and then tell you your file is corrupt and that you need to buy additional software from them that will fix the error. Went to Microsoft and they fixed my errors for no charge and said there was nothing wrong with my file. When I asked for my money back, the refused and I turned them over to my Credit Card company's Legal Department. They should be ashamed. Total scam.

Amazing tech support, happy to have this tool

I purchased VCF to CSV Converter Tool from SysInfo and it did not work at all. After closing the sfotware, It did no open again sending an Error message "Not ready. Please check Connection".
Support is useless, telling me to open the software which obviously did not work. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Thanks to the support, in particular to Ankur, for solve my problem about upgrade license.
In this way I'll still use this miracolous tool to convert Mail in other Email formats.

Excellent customer service. The agents respond almost immediately, and resolve issues quickly. And i always get to communicate with a real person rather than a bot!

Amazing software. Tried other brands and they did not work for corrupted NTFS file table. Needed help a couple times, and their customer support chat service was truly outstanding. Advice to users: the process is very slow, so depending on your device, 'group policy' settings, etc. you probably need to turn off certain power saver functions, change power plan, turn off automated windows or other updates, and you might need to use a 'jiggler' to simulate mouse motion to prevent computer from going to sleep. A 2TB hard drive can take over 2 days to analyze in 'deep' mode. If interrupted, the software has to start all over again as there isn't a way to pick up where it left off.
