New A6 delivery with scratches and glue residue
Had a new A6 delivered from Sytner Leeds. Scratches on it and even the glue residue I assume from its original wrapping for transport from factory is all over the roof. Dreadful way to pass over what is a £75k car. Complained to the delivery man who agreed and also took photos. A week has now passed and no resolution.

It took multiple visits to resolve the issue with my car. Between visits I had to call multiple times to try rebook the car in, however the team member assigned to support me failed to call me back 5 times, I then had to raise this with someone more senior in the team.

Always a warm welcome and a cup of coffee. Booking in was easy, most of it had been done online.
Service and MOT
Easy booking process with a simple check in on the day. The team kept me informed at each stage and rang to say the car was ready to collect in prompt time.
On collection the car was pristine inside and out.
Well done to all involved
I am extremely disappointed with my…
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Audi Leeds.
I purchased a brand-new Audi A3 in October 2025, expecting the quality, reliability and customer service associated with the Audi brand. Unfortunately, within the first few months of ownership, I began experiencing multiple faults with the vehicle.
Not only have I had an ongoing issue with a persistent engine noise, but I have also experienced recurring dashboard warning lights. I have reported these issues on numerous occasions and even provided photographic evidence of the warning lights. Despite this, I was repeatedly told that no fault could be found because the warning lights were not present when the vehicle was inspected. As a customer, this has been extremely frustrating, particularly when I have provided evidence that the faults exist.
The engine noise has also been an ongoing issue since shortly after taking delivery of the vehicle. Initially, I was told that no fault could be identified despite the noise continuing to persist.
More recently, I returned the vehicle to Audi Leeds and was advised that the engine noise was caused by a coolant issue, which had been repaired. I was reassured that I should no longer hear the noise. However, after driving the vehicle home, the exact same engine noise was still present. I returned to the dealership and was advised that, although the noise remained, the vehicle was safe to drive and would need to be booked in again.
The vehicle then remained with Audi Leeds for almost a month. When I collected it, I was informed that the engine noise had actually been caused by a faulty pipe, which had now been repaired. Once again, I was led to believe the issue had finally been resolved.
Unfortunately, after driving the vehicle home, the exact same engine noise returned. Despite two repair attempts, two different explanations for the cause of the fault, and being without my vehicle for almost a month, the issue remains unresolved.
In addition to the repeated faults, I have found the communication and customer service disappointing. I have consistently had to chase Audi Leeds for updates regarding my complaint, including my request to reject the vehicle. Rather than keeping me informed, I have had to make repeated contact myself. I have now also been informed that the dealership will not submit a further rejection request, despite the same fault continuing after another unsuccessful repair attempt. This has left me feeling that my concerns are not being taken seriously.
Overall, I have made numerous trips to the dealership, been without my vehicle for extended periods, and spent considerable time chasing updates, all for a vehicle that began developing faults within the first few months of ownership. I have completely lost confidence in both the vehicle and the aftersales service provided by Audi Leeds.
I expected a premium level of service when purchasing a new Audi. Instead, I have been left with an unreliable vehicle, repeated unsuccessful repair attempts, poor communication, and an unresolved complaint. No customer purchasing a brand-new vehicle should have to experience this level of inconvenience and frustration.
Complimentary clean - don't expect it
Overall the whole service communication and tools were excellent. However, the only thing that let them down here is that they asked if I would like a complimentary clean of the vehicle and whilst I opted in for it. It was not done, I understand there may have been a reason but if they could explain that so I had the right expectation that would have been nice especially after spending a premium amount for using the dealership for the service and going to an alternative established service provider.
Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. They ‘apologize’ and ‘understand’ while giving you the worst customer service and experience possible. Sold me an approved used car which was their dealership car, supposedly in amazing condition (thus the Audi ‘approved used’ title) - from the first moment they lied, the car was supposed to have been checked and fully serviced before pick up (I came all the way from London) - I was assured it was before and while picking up. Only on arrival back to London and playing with the system did I find it barely has any oil, a few phone calls and they discovered they ‘forgot’, sure, ok, then one would expect them to sort a service plan so I can take it to one in London. To receive that from them took weeks of calls and emails (many ignored) and eventually opening a case with Audi UK head office which only then, weeks later, made them sort the plan. While that’s going on I’ve noticed the sensors having issues (beeping like crazy as if something is there when there’s nothing around), I tolerated it until the car did a dangerous emergency brake out of nowhere almost getting me rear ended. I then took it for a checkup in London, they did a software update and called it fine, it continued, maybe ever so slightly improved, but I had neither the time nor energy to go again. Then, suddenly the car announced a gearbox malfunction, in the middle of the day away from home the car won’t reverse and the gears struggled and jumped from 1st to 2nd, I had to dangerously drive for 30-40mins to get it to my local dealership. It was then found out it needed a whole new mechatronic unit ordered from Germany. It spent weeks in the shop. While that’s going on I decided to contact Audi UK to tell them of all this and sort a rejection/replacement as the car is obviously full of issues and not of sufficient quality. Audi UK chased Audi Leeds for weeks to get a reply (yes, they ignore the Audi UK head office as well). After 1-2 months of them ignoring they finally gave me a call to say what? Basically; “since you have the car now and it’s driving we won’t be accepting a rejection, case closed”. An absolute disgrace to the Audi name, and guarantees I will never get one again. Do yourself a favor and avoid.
Staff feedback
Receptionist was polite and helpful. Service associate did not go through any details with me. He gave limited information which was disappointing.

Leeds Audi went beyond where they had to. They resolved the highlighted issue flagged up at the service, free of charge. I didn’t ask them to do it. They insisted on doing the work.
I would like to express my appreciation and thanks to all involved, especially Shaun Gough. Shaun dealt with it personally and ensured all went well.
Buy your Audi somewhere else
Poor customer service throughout. Initially the sales executive I dealt with was quick when responding to enquires. Having said that his sales skills were non existent and his only quip was so do you want to pay the deposit. Luckily their manager got involved who was far more helpful in answering my queries and helping me get a good deal for the car. The customer service went downhill from here. Once I had paid the deposit the communication was extremely poor with me following up with multiple emails to attempt to get confirmation of important details including the contract prior to collecting the car. The experience then got worse when I travelled to collect the car and found the boot mat that was agreed with the sale had not been included among other issues. To their credit a different sales executive I dealt with on the day was extremely helpful and ensured all these issues were corrected. Eventually the manager got involved and apologised for the experience and assured me he would speak to management to find a way to make it up to me for the issues I experienced and would phone me in the week regarding this. Two weeks later I am still waiting for that call which sums up the experience.
Sytner Leeds Audi poor quality of service
Around 4 months ago I bought a Audi s3 from sytner Audi Leeds. Although I am a few Miles away it was the right car spec and we dealt with the same salesperson throughout paying 46k
Somehow my other half snapped the front number plate. I wanted a front number plate from the dealer to match the rear and as it was.
I emailed the same salesperson asking if he could help facilitate this and forwarded a copy of the v5. I also said we would be willing to pay and pay for postage to us. He responded saying he would see what he could do.
I emailed again 5 hours later to see if any update no response
I rang their stores the next day explained to the store man said he would go see the sales person to see the v5 details (plus of course their system will have all my details) then nothing.
A couple of hours later I get a email from the salesperson saying he was busy yesterday it’s not going to be possible and suggested I went to a different local dealer or Halfords.
Considering sytner and I’m sure Leeds Audi gave a mission statement where they “strive to deliver an exception customer service, want to get it right first time and make each interaction special”
I would say they have fell far below this in my recent interaction indeed seem to have spent two days looking for a way to say no to a 10 min job!
Very disappointing and I certainly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone very poor customer service!
As an update they are now saying their company policy is a requirement to physically see the v5 before making the plate . This from the company that I paid 46k to less than four months ago dealt with the same people from the dealership who had all my documentation phone number emails address bank details previous trade in v5 information..
As a supplier of reg plates their responsibility is to record purchaser details and verify address and contact details, vehicle registration and keep a record for three years. How unprofessional!

I recently purchased a new car from Audi Leeds and had a genuinely fantastic experience from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free.
A special thank you to Robert and all audi staff, who both went above and beyond throughout the sale. They were knowledgeable, approachable, and kept me updated every step of the way without ever being pushy. Their customer service made a real difference and made the experience enjoyable rather than overwhelming.
I’m absolutely delighted with my new car and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Audi Leeds to anyone looking for a professional and seamless car buying experience.
Thanks again to Robert for all your help.

Staff are lovely
Staff are lovely, the work done is fine.
When i had a Mercedes, the, garage automatically gave me a courtesy car.
When i had a BMW they offered a courtesy car for £10 plus fuel or they would take me home and pick me up when the car was ready.
At Leeds Audi it's catch the bus luv or use Shanks's Pony !
I was offered a car, but it is 3 days after my MOT is due.
Really is pathetic and dissapointing , poor customer service .
I will be evaluating whether or not to stay with Audi when I change the car.

The booking process is straight forward. The car was ready for collection at the agreed time. There was some confusion between the written report and the inspection video. The written report showed all items green, not requiring any work. However, the inspection video showed the rear suspension bush housings were cracked and were flagged as red. Obviously there is a discrepancy between the reports. I am waiting for a telephone call to explain what has happened.
