I would just like to acknowledge what an excellent service I received from Leeds Audi regarding my RS Etron GT. The Vehicle had stopped charging and when I reported the fault on Monday morning , Sean very promptly responded by booking an appointment within 2 hours to inspect the vehicle to sort out the problem.On arrival Sean was very professional and immediately came over to the vehicle to inspect.Sean and John the Technician then underwent checks on my vehicle to establish the problem.Whilst waiting in the Service reception the Staff were very friendly,nice and polite.Within 2 hours the Vehicle was charging and avoided a lot of stress with the vehicle having less than 50 miles to go! A massive thank you to Sean,John and the excellent team at Leeds Audi. Top dealership. 10/10.

Paul was great at handover
Paul was great at handover, I had never driven an automatic before and was quite nervous. He made me feel at ease and even let me drive round the area for a test drive, to ensure I was confident with the car, before the drive home. Would definitely recommend!
