Michael the mobile technician
Michael the mobile technician came to my home today to program a spare key. He was very professional and polite and went out of his way to find out information relating to service dates and MoT for me. I was not aware that the mobile service was available when I bought my car in June but think it is a great time saving service for those who might struggle to take time out of a working day to visit the centre or those who cannot get home easily if the service they require cannot be done whilst you wait.

Reading Audi mobile service
Great experience from Reading Audi (Michael) providing mobile service to fix a failed lock on my A6. Saved me having to drive across town in the rush hour to drop car off and then return at some point to collect. Much appreciated. Michael was courteous and professional and sorted the problem in under an hour on my drive.

Michaell worked nicely and quickly. He arrived on time and replied to all my questions. He fixed what was wrong in my car and overall I’m very happy with his service! I highly recommend him and he is by far the best technician who has helped me.

First rate Mobile service.
Had my first visit from the Mobile service provided by Reading Audi and am very impressed.
Michael’s communication was excellent on all levels. His eta was spot on, he explained what he was going to do when he got to my house, and debriefed me on what he found on completion.
Michael was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would thoroughly recommend this service to anyone considering it.
I’m a convert now and will be booking this service in future.
