Had to take my 2 Series for a re-call, staff were helpful and friendly, especially Imran who kept me updated. Also gave a free diagnostic of works required and valetted the car. Good experience all round.

High level of customer service
Logan was polite and most importantly kept me up to date on the progress, I was seen fairly quickly after arriving, I also needed to go to the parts department to purchase an accessory and Jim was also helpful as always. I have spoken to various employees in the team from different departments and they have always delivered a high standard of customer service.

For example, I had to rechange by booking time which he accommodated without hesitation. Whilst at the dealership garage he kempt me informed and had my car checked thoroughly. At all times he was kind, thoughtful, pleasant, informative and professional.

Service and MOT satisfactory but not brake inspection
Service and MOT satisfactory. However a full brakes inspection was requested but not carried out, only a visual one with just the outer pads inspected and passed as ok. Wheels were not removed to view the inner pads and discs which clearly need replacing as indicated by the sensors. Consequently a further visit has to be made for replacement.

The customer service provided by Reception and in particular by a young gentleman (who was introduced as Jason) dealt with me with alacrity. His persona was appropriate and sincere. Simply put he represented the apotheosis of the brand BMW.
