NOT SO GOOD - Booking of service on phone - Quite frankly, the system is appalling. I went through the questions three or four times and could still not get anyone to answer my question.
If I had not needed an MOT in a hurry, before going on holliday I would have transferred to another Audi dealer.
Far from professional
Unfortunately, this visit was far from professional. I brought my car in for a service and received it back with several amber advisories noted on the report. However, I was later told that some of those issues would actually result in an MOT failure.
After getting the problems fixed, I booked the car back in for a retest. I was kept waiting all day, and when I finally spoke to Rajesh, a staff member , his attitude was rude and dismissive. The interaction felt unnecessarily unpleasant, with a noticeable lack of professionalism.
It’s a real pity, as I’ve never had such a negative experience here before.

I was greeted in a friendly manner by the car and the desk team. Anoop came and saw me at table 12 promptly and confirmed what was to be done with my car. No surprises and very smooth.
The work was done to schedule and I drove away happy having had the chance to do some work on my laptop.
Great service and very competitively priced
The best price for my car to be serviced across the whole Audi group so very happy there. Raj, my service agent was a pleasure to deal with and the guy in the car washing department treated my car like his own. First class service all round.

Customer service needs to be improved
Sales person was abrupt and very dismissive. I asked for a quotation for repairs 4 times, was bounced around to different people, and it was only because of the forecourt manager’s efforts (after my service was completed) that this was addressed. Once he supported this, I received a quotation for parts to order, and a cost on labor from the internal team. Obvious that the receptionist, forecourt and back office are the ones that provide the real service in this location (100%). Disappointing

Paris who was in charge of my vehicle was extremely, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.
Unfortunately the previous ladies on reception 6 months ago have left to work in other departments.
Their replacements clearly didn't want to be there, were rude, stroppy and unhelpful, which put a dampener on the experience as I had a waiting book as my car was being serviced!!
