After a long wait for a rod that was on back order it finally arrived but unfortunately it was damaged I raised a support ticket which I think is a brilliant idea 👏👏after correspondence with Lydia who was also brilliant had the top section mailed to me straight from the manufacture's so all in all a great service 👏👏👏🎣
