I received my new Merrell hiking shoes (for my disc golf game), my new Tevas and a pair of Capris in just a few days from the time I put in my on-line order! Via 'live chat' Dave helped me with a few questions I had, which was so nice not having to wait for an e-mail reply.
I should mention I was able to use the 'script' I had won in a disc golf tournament and appreciate the support Tahoe Mountain Sports gives to the disc golf community.

I went on line searching for a new backpack and ended up at Tahoe Mountain Sports. I chatted online and got all my questions answered and got just the Deuter backpack (20% off) I wanted along with some other items. I was then searching for a daypack with a hydration system for day hiking trips as the family is going camping this summer. Again I found just the right Deuter that will hold the 3.0 liter hydration system as well as snacks, medical kit, etc. for the day and again got 20% off. I also got free shipping on both orders and they arrived as promised in 6 - 7 days. I will not hesitate to shop with them again!!!

I was very pleased with the service I got from Tahoe Mountain Company. I used the Chat tool because I was purchasing from abroad. The sales representative sent me messages after our chat ending, anticipating any problems I might have, and additionally, made sure after my purchase that my purchased items would go to my overseas address. Great job!

The transaction could not have gone smoother. Placed an order, received an email confirmation of the order receipt and another for the order shipment with tracking information. Bindings were in the original manufacturer's box, install them the next day!

I wanted a lightweight vest and found the icebreaker merino wool vest at Tahoe Mountain Sports. I actually purchased the last one they had in stock.
The pricing was fantastic as it was marked down about 30%, I received free shipping and received the vest in two days!! I had not shopped here before, but I will again in the future! Excellent service, high quality products and pricing!

I ordered boots from them that they advertised as true to size. I got the same size I get in every pair of footwear I ever buy (11), and when they arrived I couldn't get them on. I had emailed them to inquire about whether they had a larger size, stating that if they didn't I would like to return them for a refund. The woman I was in touch with said this wouldn't be a problem but they would not provide a return label and that customers were responsible for all shipping. The shipping cost 17 dollars, which was 1/4 the price of the boots. When I mentioned that this was very high and asked for some help w shipping the woman said I should have shipped with a different company. (A very rude comment). I she knew which company would have been cheaper I also feel she should have made that known when I asked about returning the boots. When I wrote back to politely voice my complaint she never replied. This was very bad customer service.
