Horrible customer service
Order an Airsoft replica pistol and the inner barrel had scratches on the inside. Contacted customer service only to be met with “I don’t see anything” the pictures were clear and anyone could see it from the photo.

They sell the cheapest airsoft replica's that will break within your first game. The support team is a joke and can only help you when you send it over to them for full cost...

Getting it right for over a decade.
Have been ordering here for over 10 years now. Delivery is always within 5-7 days(different country but within europe) and they never made any mistakes with my orders.

Bad experience
Unfortunately bad experience.
Can you kindly check the replica before shipping it?
Don't worry, we check everything before shipping........
-Very hard Hop Hup almost impossible to adjust
-None of the magazines would engage
-The replica shoots at 0.5j instead of the required 1j
- Cracked wooden stock
No help from the seller, more than two weeks to get nowhere. The only
thing they answered me, we can refund you €16....... (cost of the
replica €330)
When I answered NO, they told me to send the replica back. Too bad
they didn't want to understand that when someone does a job like mine
that often takes me away from home it's quite difficult to find the time
to prepare the package again and find the day, at what time and the
place where their courier must pass by to get the package for the return.
So I thought, since some of the problems could be solved (even if l'm
not happy about it) I asked the seller for a refund of €50 to replace at
least the main piece that could not be repaired, the broken wooden
stock or send me a new one for replace it.
REFUSED
After several days, tired of the situation, I asked at least the money to send the replica to the mechanic (when? When I will have some time.....maybe in august? Maybe...) to repair it and get it back, €30 to cover the two shipping costs

Unfortunately I was not even able to get the money back via PayPal, very strange given the situation but that's how it went.
Furthermore...... inside the package they put a sheet with the power test of the replica but my question is .... (apart from the fact that it says 1 j but the replica shoots at 0.5j) but how did they do the test if none of the magazines fit because they are defective? good question.....
Personally, given the situation, I saw no seriousness and professionalism from this seller.
I don't think I will buy from this seller again and also two other friends of mine after seeing what happened to me have decided to buy elsewhere. Two more orders of more than € 300 each that will not be
made
