The magazine for the king arms m2…
The magazine for the king arms m2 greengas arrived today. But out of the box its leaking… plus it doesn’t fit properly due to damage on the exterior. The magazine that came in the box works fine. Im a bit disappointed to say the least. Especially for the money i paid for it

We will solve it and make it work. You should get a working magazine without any trace of damage, internally or externally.

Paid $50 for shipping and it was rescheduled 3 times
Prices are cheap but only downside is shipping, last purchase it was okay, but this time the shipping was rescheduled 3 times over the span of 4 days.

They are amazing. From customer support to the fast shipping. Poland to Pennsylvania in a week that’s fast shipping in my opinion. I purchased a cyma cm041h mp5. And 4 extra mags and pouches for less then what the gun was worth on other sights

Customer service is deceiving??
EDIT: They ended up restocking on the mags after all, pumping up the rating a bit. Despite that I can't stand lazy CS.
Bought a fairly new GBBR to the market from taiwangun. The gun had no issues, however at the time they did not have any magazines for sale. Out of stock presumably.
After ordering my gun I contacted TaiwanGun inquiring about the estimated time of arrival for new magazines, they replied with "Magazines will be available in 2-3 months time". I contacted them about a month later for an update, still around 2-3 months until more magazines will restock, no problem.
Now, after around 3 months since I first inquired about the magazine availability, I ask them about it one more time, whether they had restocked or will restock anytime soon. I got a response saying that they don't have any magazines in their offer, and that they don't have "any information" about whether they are going to restock on the magazines. Now I have been waiting for around 3 months with a gun that I have been unable to play with since I don't have enough magazines to use. I'm very disappointed and stumped, was I deceived from the get go?

We are sorry for the situation that occurred. Unfortunately, sometimes such things happen, and there could be different reasons for this.
Sometimes there are production delays, sometimes the product is even canceled even though we have ordered it. For sure customer service is not deceiving you, their job is to provide you with the latest, most accurate information they have.
I don't know if there is something I could do to make amends for the situation. I am really sorry for that.

Taiwan gun order to california
Amazing prices and quality from CYMA and taiwan gun, relatively fast shipping from Poland to cali with very nice packaging & prepped guns for California laws. I was a little sketched out to hear customs was messing with airsoft gun orders online but my package had absolutely no problems crossing customs and followed state law. 11/10 company, highly recommend and will continue to keep purchasing from them in the future.
