You get what you pay for, but at least send one that isn't used..
The item I received appeared to be used, with cosmetic defects. The packaging was already open, noticable when I compared it to other unboxing videos. The connection where the two pieces connect doesn't line up right, so the iron sights sit off to the right side. Pretty much ruined the experience for me.

Dear Sir, could you please contact our Customer Service regarding this issue? It looks like your replica has been damaged during transport and in such cases, you have to contact the courier company to make a damage protocol with the courier, also it's good to contact us with the photos of the packaging so we can contact the courier company and fill the complaint.
If it is in fact transport damage you will be entitled to reimbursement because you do not fully operational replica.
The faulty of the replica looks like to be the effect of the transport damage, not factory error.

Returning after a couple years. Order experience.
Bought equipment and my first gun (CYMA CM.002) I think in 2016. Dropped airsoft due to college.
Returned, nice to see the site got some upgrades like filters. Still sweet and simple, easy to follow. Got a new gun (DE M906B) and updated the old one (still works just fine, just needed some maintenance and new rubbers). Also bought a Kar98k "for funsies" in a separate order.
Everything arrived in lightning fast 3 days. Had issues with my online payment system once - support replied within an hour. Neatly packaged. Everything works as it should. Very decent pricing and often times you can find useful information in product descriptions i.e. recommended batteries and magazines.
Will be shopping again in the future.

Ok so here's the deal with Taiwan Guns.com.
First I want to say I recommend them, they will take care of you.
Taiwan Guns can get you cheaper airsoft guns and the shipping took about a week to 2 weeks, Poland to California, USA.
If you like a airsoft gun and you buy it from them, you will be basically stuck with it even if it has issues, but they will work out some reimbursement with you for a repair.
I recommend you live near a good airsoft tech before you buy just in case the airsoft gun is a lemon.
(I'm in US so shipping for Taiwan Guns is probably not cheap for them)

EDIT: Probably the only thing that would make that replica work as it should is using the 11.1V battery. This is the only change that should be made and probably replica will work flawlessly.

you got the only advice that can be given in your situation. You have chosen a model that generates a lot of power and is equipped with a modern ETU system. Consequently, in order for it to work properly and to be able to use its full potential it is necessary to use a fully charged battery with a voltage of 11.1V. Batteries with a voltage of 7.4V and even the NiMH type will be insufficient, and may even lead to damage to the ETU system.
We are responding to your emails, and we are answering the phone in the times when our office is open.
If you bought the same replica locally and tried to use it with the same battery you would have the same issue.
We are open to finding a solution, we can reimburse you for the new 11.1V battery that would make your replica work like it should in the first place.
I have contacted you via email, hopefully, we can find a solution that would be satisfactory to you.

At first I did not get my shipping…
At first I did not get my shipping number. I was nervous that it somehow was lost in shipping. But as soon as I emailed I got a shipping number and it was here that day. The Thompson that I bought is amazing but does have some issues with the mag when I switch from auto to semi too quick. All around a great order and would love to order again!

Failed During First Game
AEG M1A1 Thompson arrived on time and well packed, and shot out of the box. Had high hopes for performance on the field.
During its first game while firing occasional shots, the motor suddenly stopped with no trigger response. After a week of troubleshooting, discovered a broken spade connector for the motor that was held together by the heat shrink tubing.
Disappointed in this failure, but at least it's fixable.

Bought some clothing protection…
Bought some clothing protection materials. Came quite fast to NL. And cheaper than in Netherlands.
Quality looked ok, helmet was a little small, but expected, made I to fit my 61 cm head.
Let’s hope they last some time.

Shipping to Ireland
I was very cautious ordering for the first time from this site all the way to Ireland , it took some time , but nothing more than expected considering, the pieces recieved for the price I paid were brilliant i must say the quality was very good. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely order again , shipping can be costly so decent order recommended.
