The whole process was painless. We went to see a slightly different caravan to the one we purchased but at no point were we under pressure to secure ours. We left, compared Highbridge and others and late Saturday evening we sent an email saying we'd like to get the one at Tamar. Luke responded outside of working hours to help us and all we had was a 2 week wait for preparation to collect. We also got a tow bar fitted and every employee we met was very nice. Even had a question for one of the mechanics and he was an encyclopedia of caravans. Collection day was very thorough to ensure I knew my way around the caravan, took a picture and then I was on my way. Even had a follow up call to make sure everything was still good as I was a newbie to caravans. If we ever upgrade, I wouldn't hesitate to use Tamar again.

Tamar Caravan Center is a cut above the rest. Uniquely different as from first enquiry to hand over they are excellent at what they do. Every member of staff are more than happy to help. Dorian is knowledgeable and very friendly, happy to answer any questions I had. I have never been to such an organised, well run and attention to detail company. Faye who valets the caravans and motorhomes is excellent at what she does. All the staff know exactly what they are doing and I couldn’t be happier. If there was more than 5 stars they would get it. We received a very warm welcome along with a bbq ( possibly not just for us..!!) Ian who handed over the caravan was extremely professional and had a wealth of knowledge..
nothing was left unexplained, I was very confided when leaving that I had all the info required to enjoy my new van.,

Had a slight problem with the caravan after sending them a video then a text message then ringing them didn’t even bother to get back to me, seems like once they have your money not interested sort it out your self

My campervan sprang a horrible leak from the main Heki roof light right over my bed. I rang this company the same date and although busy they fitted me in the next day. It required a complete reseal. They were courtesy, helpful and polite. Thankyou to all concerned. I am very grateful.

I would like say big Thankyou!! to the team at Tamar Caravans. Buying my first caravan was a bit daunting, soon put me at ease Friendly and helpful knowledgeable , would highly recommend 👌

Outstanding staff that go beyond to help. They made my buying experience very pleasant. Everyone is so willing to help with any queries you have. This is the only place I will ever use for my caravan needs.

Im not really sure where to start but here goes. From the minute we walked in to the minute we left in our new van the customer service has been amazing! Every member of staff has been informative, helpful, polite, supportive, friendly and considerate. Buying a new van is a really exciting experience and a bit daunting too but no question has been too little or too much and all dealt with sufficiently and effectively. Even the after care has been amazing and we couldnt praise everyone enough. Thank you all for making this experience a good one. Steve and Sue 😀

I have recently bought a caravan from Tamar Caravans and the service was superb to say the least even from the staff in the accessory shop, I have had dealings with other caravan dealers which I will make no comment on other than to say if you are looking to buy a new caravan and to be looked after really well then Tamar Caravans is where you want to head too without any doubt. Swift caravans are finished so well.

When looking to purchase our first Caravan, we were drawn to Tamar Caravan Centre by their large choice of vans and their very competitive deals.We spoke initially to Ian McNulty (Sales Director) and arranged a visit to their impressive showroom and on site store. Ian showed us around and we really appreciated the relaxed atmosphere of the site. There was no "hard sell" approach, and Ian allowed as much time as we needed to look at the vans and honestly answer any questions we had. All the staff we spoke to were pleasant and helpful. I was particularly impressed with their philosophy of an ongoing partnership going forward, that did not end with the purchase of our van. It was a pleasure doing business with Tamar Caravan Center.

From initial enquiry through to handover we found Ian, Matthew & the team around them extremely professional.
The service we received was very informative & customer focused and we left after handover with our new purchase knowing we had made the right choice selecting Tamar.

We have just bought a new Swift Alpine 4 caravan. I cannot fault the customer service at TCC. Ian was our main point of contact and he was so patient and did not put pressure on us at all. He was just there in the background, answering our numerous questions and giving us valuable advice. The whole process was seamless and the handover was VERY thorough and Matt was superb. We feel confident that if we have any concerns or questions then we can always contact them and get a positive and Swift response. An excellent experience. 😀

From the very start Tamar caravans staff having been friendly, informative and very helpful. Dorian was the first person we met at Tamar and he left a really good impression with us and made us feel we were choosing a good company. Thank you Dorian. We had to wait just over 3 months to get our caravan but it was well worth the wait. The day came to pick our caravan up and it was presented brilliantly nice and clean it even had a welcome message on it. We were then given a fantastic handover from in which again was brilliant, very friendly and informed I enjoyed the experience thank you Ian. Tamar have since been in touch to see if all is well, very much appreciated. I am very happy with this company so far and would highly recommend. Thanks again Tamar Caravans.

We recently purchased a VW camper van aka " Hugo".
Being newcomers to the camper van world, it was so refreshing to find a company with a customer focused team.
Ian spent most of the day with us, in an honest, informative & relaxed way that immediately made us feel at home.Ian enabled us to understand the different options, took time to listen to the issues that were important to us & most importantly no pressure to purchase / make decisions.
In addition having a test drive under Ians guidance was the highlight & this whole experience was so refreshing.
