You will be scammed! Never ask for private shows (1:1). As soon as you send coins you will be get blocked by the streamer and you won’t get refunded. Event if you report the streamer, they do it, they don't care, they know they won’t never get blocked. I have been writing to support more than 2 weeks ago by the app and by email and there is no answer. There are 0 guarantees for the users. It’s an app built just to steal money from people. At least this fraudulent app is already blocked in IOS. Hopefully it stays blocked.

Do not play social games,there are about 40 slot games to play with your coins that you’ve been charged tax and a fee for buying them games show RTP and max win ( sounds like a casino) I’m told it’s not. Games rigged to use up your coins so you buy more and if( big if) you win big and you try to cash out you CANT because there’s no cashier so you have to spend them on site. Regularly robbed me of lots of coins these games have and when you complain your told it’s just luck( sounds like a casino) but it’s not they told me it’s not,There are no chances to get any coins or money back from these clowns as spent coins are non refundable and they don’t redeem coins you’ve got left or won so you either gamble them away or spend them on the lovely ladies so you can’t win either way.No games have any licence or regulatory body.
Only place to report them to is California District Attorney’s office which I have done.Also the message service is a joke you can wait days for a response and they respond with a question instead of an answer just to annoy you further

i recharge my account using google play with 17999 TL, for 90,000 coins yesterday, i didnot received the coins and no customer support replying me .

What can’t go wrong when the “VIP” “Support” is available once a month for a 15 second window …. Ooo and forget about a refund … they entice broadcasters to scam fraud and repeat … if you support they take advantage with no ways of recovering your investment if agreement wasnt reached …. I was hacked threw their own protection flaws and they tried to blame me for it so i dispute the charges a month and a half later I start receiving notifications saying my bank has called for a refund im like wtf then people I gifted start saying I got coins taken from them im like wtf so I write them it take a week and half to get a reply they said it was an technical error contact my bank 7 months later im still fighting them mean while they have initiated countless refunds and returned zero money ask them for paper work they say sorry for inconvenience contact your bank and they don’t care if someone promise you the world and takes your coins and leaves they won’t help and say they can’t take back the coins but they did when it favors them they whole site is corrupt … right now I’m fighting my bank for 5k that they refunded they self but returned nothing to me and no help when at the point of initial report of scam, unfulfilled agreements handle the case professionally and fairly would have been a couple hundred but they let you get robbed your bank goes gets your money and tango takes everything from time of report not from the specific reports which double tripled the amount
The merchant tango initiated a refund by taking back coins from me and other streamers I gifted as well but has not refunded me ….they took back the coins but never refunded me should have been refunded within 24 hours … they sent me notifications showing they initiated the refund in the middle of the night … they sent me around 30-40 refund notifications … they also sent the message to the people i gifted (that did not have anything to do with said situation) saying that my bank called for the refund then confirmed they took back the coins …. So at that moment I should have been refunded but they never did…. I contact them they say to contact my bank to do a refund … the issue is that an entertainer streamer promises to provide a service entertainment or content , got paid but never had intentions of completing or delivering the service or content …. Because the app allows this type of behavior based off their policies and actions taken after incidents This app is being absolutely sloppy and unprofessional pertaining to the refund situation which neither you or I requested as shown in their message … they initiated refunds on all the coins I gave as gifts they took back from the streamers and out of my bag …. But they never refunded the money …. I have attached the conversation…they are refusing any help and to contact you my bank

so yes I did call for a refund but only against the certain disgusting scamming fraudulent pathetic poor excuses of trash females known to man that stole from me I gave specific names dates and times !!! Tango being sloppy just went ahead and took back coins randomly from people i gifted … none of whom actually took from me which puts me in a terrible situation.

I need to warn you that you are basically giving money in the form of coins to buy gifts. You usually see more skin in the free live show that lures you into the private and one on one performances. That is if you actually get a performance. Most beg for gifts and once they get them they want more. Then they disappear. It’s a stupid behavior to pay for the honor of pay more and getting nothing of value. And warning it is addictive and spending 3 to 5 HUNDRED U S dollars is possible in a few hour. Tango sucks so friggen bad. Lots of fat gross pimps, lots of scams...it's 50% scams. Beware don't bother trying to make money on there. Respect nothing, pretend they are 300 people working here, but the site is very poor. Just a research by countries (age, sex, distance?) which display false results ( no countries in Asia selected, got plenty of Indian, Pakistan, Philippines profiles). Many models or viewers call themselves "any adjective" "any animal" : thousands of happy giraffe, rapid bear... looking like recorded videos and false tips. In the website you are forced to install the aps for basic features like deleting account, deleting unwanted chat rooms anyone can put you in ( wonderful security in this site) and the poor research. Their only work : watching if models are doing anything without they earn money. Help is a bot, support are ghost. Claiming money for absolutely no work done. The app I used, I can not delete my account, all I can seem to do is log out. Be very careful what you agree to,the gifting can be expensive, and if somebody requests you go Live,and you accept it gets ridiculous, you may aswell phone a premium phone number. I personally am stuck with a account there,I'm even too afraid to log into it.

BE WARNED!. No refunds if someone scams you. If someone fraudulently steals/gets your coins from gifting, there is nothing you can do, as support are next to useless. Maybe try going through the bank, that might work.

I’m a steamer and it’s true there is zero customer service. It’s been 12 weeks and no response yet. Administration works in the app and they sabatoge your streams. Only fake accounts come to my stream and fake accounts try to bully you. I’m here for it though. All the money that’s spent we should receive help.
