There is literally no customer service at all you cannot get in contact with any person at any point I've been texting them for 3 weeks emailing them and had not gotten back to me at all also the wallex company that they provide also doesn't like to pay out either anything that you do get paid out from this company they charge you an arm and a leg it's definitely not worth your time and effort to put into this app at all I thought tango was a better product but apparently not just a warning to anyone that goes on live with these people they're not honest and they will not pay out in general. 0 customer service. And I'm sure after I post this they will have a bot post back at over my experience telling me that I needed to go into the app and it doesn't matter if I'm in the app or if I'm online there's no customer service just watch you'll see the bot pop up. Lame

Fraudulent company took coins from person I gifted and not return to me
Fraudulent company they will steal your money if you do not register before buyer by and sending coins. Customer service is non existent so if you have an overcharge or they steal your money you won’t get any help. So I bought coins and sent to my friend then they took them off her and never returned them to me. Said was from unregistered account. This is a scam I want a government body to go in and see just how many millions of dollars they have by taking coins from people and not refunding. This is totally illegal and shows what this company is like . Use TikTok or bigo don’t trust this platform
