I have dealt with this company on multiple occasions and each order has been dealt with quickly with my items arriving either on time or ahead of schedule.

The customer service has been great and the staff are very knowledgeable on the products they stock.

I have recommended them to other business partners in the construction industry who have also had great results!

Wouldn't buy from this company ever again,worst customer service, do not want to help you at all if anything goes wrong, only give partial answer's with no options, we ordered £2ks worth of tanks and hose, they didn't send 2 of the ancillary parts (a £20 connector & a £100 control box). Its been a battle to get them to re-sent, so far not had either. these guys are drop shippers and do not stock anything its out-sourced so they are only as good as the companies they buy off.

Having read the previous reviews, I was a little doubtful.
I 'phoned up, the guy who took my order assured me of their professionalism, I returned to the screen, placed the order on Friday, an e/Mail came through advising me of the delivery date - the carriers also contacted me by the same route and did the same …. and the tank arrived this morning.
I'm usually the first to whinge when things goring, but this was a first class product and service.

We spent £1896.00 with this company for an order for a delivery booked a month in advance, we cancelled a few days afterwards, nothing had been dispatched there was no reason to delay our refund but we had to chase several times and got our money back eventually after threatening legal action 38!!! days later.
Small business can't run with companies pulling fast ones like this, I can only assume this company is experiencing major financial difficulties.

Purchased a booster pump and GRP break tank received pump set in 3 working days and tank in short order.
Could not fault the service and knowledge of the sales team there!
Great range of tanks and products and will be using again :)

Just an awful company with no real care for the customer or their orders. Would strongly recommend finding an alternative supplier for anyone who thinks about ordering via these, much better alternatives out there who actually value their customers!

Bought a 5 litre tank to use as a diesel heater fuel tank, within 18 months the vented cap has failed. Contacted Tanks Direct about a replacement and wanted me to pay nearly as much as I paid for the tank for a new cap, £20 + £5 postage, original tank cost me £28.

I ordered £3k worth of equipment directly with our rep and they charged £70 delivery. I questioned it and they said that's what the couriers charge and there's nothing they could do about it. I then checked this by ordering the exact same items online where the delivery charge was £30.
I then had a query about the valves they'd sent out to which they were very unhelpful on a Friday afternoon stating "it's half 3 on a Friday afternoon so you'll likely not get an answer this week!". They didn't want to listen or try to help, they just wanted me off the line to then have a laugh with their colleagues laughing in the background.

Ordered a pump onlimequoted 7-10 days at time of delivery. After chasing after 10 days had passed was then told 20 days. So I cancelled and they told me I would lose £180.00 cancellation fee.

For a multi-million pound company, the sales staff couldn't care less if they tried.
Hugely disappointing customer service. Very unhelpful and quite rude.

Do not shop here. No after sales service. Drop shipping and don't even know which parts fit the products they are trying to sell on.

I am appalled by the aftersale service.
They supplied a pump which was fitted in a fixed position in an attenuation thank. All water entering the tank was filtered and the pump was in a chamber sealed with a predestination rated cover.
After 6 months of faultless operation, the pump failed during a torrential downpour. The pump was removed and returned under warranty but they refused to honour the guarantee on the basis that the pump had been used to shift large volumes of debris.
This is simply a wrong assertion but they are not prepared to re-consider. I have asked for my pump to be returned but they are ignoring me.
What I find particularly frustrating is that this is an AMA 301 pump which is obsolete and they are selling at a huge discount and there was therefore ample scope for compromise rather than implying that my builder is incompetent and that I am a liar.
The reader will appreciate I am extremely annoyed and would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.

Having tried to buy stocked items and ship them to London, the website claimed this was impossible. Without any explanation a sales person then quoted, with a vast £30 non-negotiable shipping fee for a medium size parcel. I took up his offer to use my own courier, but he never got back to me with the weight and size for my own booking, despite a reminder. Their website boasts: 'this enables us to offer lower shipping prices'.

Something's off with this company.

No London shipping, and it's hard to work out where they are actually based. Somerset? Northern Ireland? The website says all or any of these.

I found another supplier for the items, and had them delivered next day for £10.
