The best POD service of all time.

I have played around with other companies before ordering a t-shirt or two, and have never been as satisfied as I have been with Tapstitch.
Tapstitch is, in my opinion, the best POD service you could use. Their printing and shipping times are fast, their customer support is great, and most importantly, the quality of the products is outstanding. I am just buying my third batch of merchandise for my company from them and could not be happier.
I would love to see a new product launch for Christmas, and maybe some sleepware... My customers could not be happier with the results of our current products, and products for Christmas (and sleepware) have been a popular request!

Product options

This company used to consistently drop some of the best streetwear pieces, mostly crafted in cotton. But recently, their releases feel off — more like “unwanted” pieces that drift away from their streetwear POD roots. Instead of pushing forward, they seem to be sliding into a “Facebook mom” POD vibe week by week. With winter approaching, they should be doubling down on 100% cotton and higher-quality products to get ahead of competitors. Instead, their direction feels backwards — focused on the past rather than innovating for the future.

Online I think it's a good product and utilize the ability to create I would just like to see more things Incorporated in some of the styles like snapbacks maybe more jacket styles or heavy jacket like a down jacket some ski stuff so like bibs also jeans, cargo pants.. also patches that's an option. keep up the good work. STAY AWAY!!! FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!

We placed an order through Tapstitch’s Shopify app for a customer who purchased a shirt. After two weeks of watching the tracking bounce between different locations, our customer reached out upset because USPS flagged the shipment as COUNTERFEIT and stated it would be confiscated.

When we contacted Tapstitch, they dismissed it as “just a glitch in USPS’s system” and assured us the package was still on the way. However, USPS confirmed directly that it was indeed a counterfeit shipment and that we needed to work with the seller. Despite multiple follow-ups, Tapstitch has not provided any real resolution. They promised us a refund but instead sent us a bill for the order.

This has been an extremely frustrating experience that left us embarrassed with our customer and out of pocket.

Edit: The company's response was a lie. They keep lying about the status of the order. I have reached out to them several times, and they just keep brushing it off.

If I could post an image, it would be a screenshot of USPS' tracking; but, since I can't, here is the verbatim message:

Latest Update
The package associated with this tracking number was found to bear counterfeit postage and is now considered Postal Service property under USPS regulations and will not be delivered. You are encouraged to contact the sender/merchant and/or your credit card company, as applicable, to seek a refund or other available recourse.

I ordered a sample shirt on 9/11 it was…

I ordered a sample shirt on 9/11 it was shipped on 9/13. I started tracking the package right after through usps. It left from Los Angeles and made it as far as Burbank before it was flagged for non payment of postage that was around the 19th called customer service was told it’s a glitch in the postal site. I then told the Rep I been waiting since the 13th they told me after I had been put on hold someone will contact me. No one ever did, so now it’s the 24th and I checked the tracking and now the package is going back to LA the original place it started from.

dont care about end user requirements

spent about 20 mins talking to a 'human' on their site, only for it to be a computer. Wasted all my time and then when finally speaking to a "human" i was told to use their tools on the website, rather than address any of the topics i'd already wasted time on! Not one for me, i won't do business with companies that are inefficient or whom dont truly care about customer service.

The sweatshirts that I received were…

The sweatshirts that I received were actually a great fit, however the printing job was horrifying. Hundreds of ££ down the actual drain. Have moved forward with someone local, but take it from me and dont waste your money. x

quality first!

honestly super happy with the quality out of anything. the prices are higher than competition, but the feel of the clothing is miles ahead of something like printify or printful. Been using tapstitch for 6 months now and the hoodies + shirts have been awesome.
