I love the style and color options that are available with Tapstich! The band t-shirts I made came out just like I expected, plus the packaging is compostable plastic?! Overall I would highly recommend if you are looking for a step up from the cheapest options available out there, while also not breaking the bank.

Unique, very unique
Great software, its very different from all other apparel customization websites where you have to order in bulk. this is good if you need to make designs for a ton of people, sell them, or even just make something for yourself.

I'm mad at myself for trusting this
I'm mad at myself for trusting this. I do a significant amount of business overseas. Recently, I've been trying to move operations to the states to cut down on shipping and tariffs.
Well, TapStich gets a lot of items from overseas. My entire order happened to be from overseas of which I knew was the case. However, I paid over $600 for expedited shipping and they've informed me that 21 days is considered expedited shipping.
No way! As someone who does business overseas, 95% of my operations is currently overseas I've paid this amount and had my shipment in hand within 7-10 DAYS (not business).
They are a SCAM! I could have easily received my items directly from the source. DO NOT USE THEM! LEAVE THEM ALONE.

Great print and fabric quality, pretty decent shipping price and speed also. If they did hang tags and custom mail bags i would consider pushing most of my product through them. Great company overall though for sure 🫡

Customer service is pure garbage 🗑️. Based on my experience they don't have any solutions to a issues when they arise. They always run around the problem like they hope you go a way after a while and they will go as far as to lie. I currently I have a concern that I discussed with them. They told me that they will get back to me on cause of a misprint. It's been a month and half and I still haven't received any response on that current issue.

AMAZING!!!! WOULD DO IT AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAINN
I ordered it last week, and it came this week, so the wait isn't that bad. The quality is beautiful. I don't really trust that i can wash it in the washing machine. but its okay i don't mind hand-washing it. Also, the design software for it is so quick, efficient and absolutely amazing. God i hope this brand gets even more popularity.
