Great quality but sizing needs fixing!!
Overall quality is brilliant and print quality is great. The biggest issue and most vital is fitment, everything fits a size down I ordered a large it fit like a medium. I ordered joggers in my normal size they were halfway down my a** and still half way up my shins, hoodies are the exact same (at least for the box fit) Felt like a crop top with 3 1/4 length sleeves.

Horrible
It took a month to arrive, and literally everything is so weird and sized small. I ordered two turtleneck tee shirts and they looked like they wouldn’t fit a small child but they were “2x.”” Men’s tee shirts had huge bulky sleeves and although size 2x, looked like a crop top. Hoodies were ok quality but again, too tight.

‘Customer’ service
I had a very disappointing experience with Tapstitch’s customer service when trying to ask a simple question about their clothing tags - specifically, whether they are stitched on one side to create a flap, or stitched flat on both sides. What should have been a straightforward query turned into over an hour on live chat, only for me to be told that my question couldn’t be answered and I’d need to wait 1–2 days for an email.
Even more concerning, I had to ask three separate times for the company’s complaints procedure and email address before it was finally provided. Not having an accessible complaints process is not only poor practice - it’s also a legal requirement for any company offering goods or services in the UK.
This experience has left a really bad impression and raised serious doubts about what customer service might be like after placing an order, if it’s already this difficult to get basic information beforehand. It’s genuinely deterred me from using Tapstitch and made me cautious about recommending them to other clothing brand owners.

Amazing quality, price, and transparency!!!
I was looking everywhere for a jacket I had in mind for my boyfriend's birthday. but could not find what I had envisioned for a reasonable price. So, I figured I would make it myself but all custom printing brands I came across were so expensive. Then I found Tapstitch and noticed they were having a sale. When I looked at their pricing I was pleasantly suprised, the sale was for shipping I believe so the pricing on the product was mind blowing to me. Then when it came time to design I was so suprised at how easy and comprehensive the design process was! Once it shipped it said it would arrive on the 24 (I ordered on the 6 or so). It arrived o. the 13!!! I was so happy and so was he. The absolute quality of the print, the color, and the hoodie itself was AMAZING!! He loves it so so much and hasn't taken it off lol I was over the moon. Ill definitely be coming back and have reccomended to friends!! :)

Quality Ts and Hoodie
I wanted a bespoke print on a hoodie, which was easy to upload and move and even cut out around the background. This went to basket, the a t shirt was offered at £2.99, in total with shipping i paid £23!!!!!
Quality! Well, I am fussy when it comes to cotton, the T and hoodie is AMAZING quality! I would definitely buy again and even bulk buy if a club wanted a run of gear!
2-3 week delivery but thats fine for me.

Solid choice for custom apparel
The print quality was excellent — colors came out rich and accurate, and the details held up well after washing. I was super impressed by the quality of the hoodies. Ended up ordering several more.
The design process was straightforward, and the mockups matched the final product closely. Production and shipping were also smooth and on timeline, which I really appreciated as someone creating custom pieces rather than ordering stock items.
Overall, Tapstitch felt reliable, easy to use, and well-suited for artists or small brands who care about how their finished garments actually look and feel. I am 100% going to use them again for future apparel projects.
