Perfect shirts!

This was a very easy process, the pricing of the shirts were great especially given the quality. And the printed image looked amazing. The shipping was fast to. 100% will be purchasing again. I hope though as they gain popularity that they dont get to expensive

great custom product

the product came a little darker than expected, but overall, I'm still pretty happy with the product itself. The details are all there from the print I chose and the quality is very nice ! Definitely oversized when it says so lol

Awesome blanks

So far we have only ordered a large range of test prints on a wide variety of different apparel options. We were VERY pleased with the product quality and garment fit. We've searched for a long time for on demand apparel, and no other company that we've found has met our needs in terms of apparel style, print quality, and most importantly: pricing. The apparel we chose is all 100% cotton, doesn't smell of formaldehyde (like many low quality options do), and it's even packed in biodegradable bags. We will be turning on this service for our upcoming brand apparel line very soon.

I am writing to express my profound…

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration regarding the recent drastic downturn in my experience with your service. While my initial interactions were positive, the continuous and inexplicable cancellation of my recent orders has left my customers waiting and has severely damaged the credibility of my brand.

I have placed multiple orders only to have them canceled repeatedly. This inconsistency is unacceptable for a serious brand owner.

My attempts to gain clarity and resolve these issues through customer service have been entirely fruitless. I have communicated with agents, including Gen and Mikay via chat, and received an email response from Qin. In all instances, the responses were generic, canned statements, often citing, "we are currently unable to meet the quality expectations you have for printed products."

The situation escalated when I pressed for accountability regarding an order placed on November 22, 2025, that never arrived, as well as previous printing errors. After questioning these failures, a chat agent abruptly advised me that "you can't place new orders your account is restricted." This directly contradicts assurances from two previous agents who explicitly stated I had "no issues with my account."

It is apparent that when I questioned Tapstitch about accountability or sought resolution for errors, my account was suddenly targeted with restrictions. As a premium brand owner, I cannot and will not jeopardize my brand's reputation with this level of operational inconsistency and punitive customer service.

I am now certain that I must take my business elsewhere—to a partner who respects my brand's commitment to quality and reliability as much as I do.

After a thorough internal review of your account and order history, we can confirm that the repeated order cancellations were not arbitrary. They were the result of ongoing production feasibility and quality control concerns identified across multiple orders. As a print-on-demand partner, we have a responsibility not only to fulfill orders, but to ensure that products shipped meet our minimum production and quality standards. In cases where we determine that we are unable to reliably meet those standards for a specific setup or account, we may decide not to proceed with further production to avoid sending substandard products to end customers.

Regarding account restrictions: these are applied only after careful internal evaluation and are not a response to customers raising questions or requesting accountability. On the contrary, we welcome feedback and inquiries. However, when past issues indicate a high likelihood of repeated production failure or misalignment with our manufacturing capabilities, continuing to accept new orders would not be responsible for either party.

We acknowledge that our communication during this process could have been clearer and more consistent, and for that we sincerely apologize. We are actively working on improving how such decisions are explained to avoid confusion or mixed messages in the future.

While we respect your decision to seek an alternative partner that better fits your needs, we want to reassure other customers reading this that account restrictions are rare and are based on operational and quality considerations—not punitive measures. Our goal remains to build long-term, reliable partnerships grounded in transparency and product quality.

Amazing Quality and Pricing

So impressed with the quality of the hoodie, as well as the print design. In shock that the design, hoodie and shipping only came to $52 canadian. Would highly recommend Tapstitch over any other company!

Dissapointed

I purchsed 3 items, 2 different hoodies and a pair of sweat pants, honestly I was expecting really good quality items, however the colour is off, and the materials are quite hard material used for the one hoodie and the pants. The other hoodie is really soft and very nice but again the colour is off. Unfortunately i can't see myself purchasing anything else, pitty I was hoping for a good quality supplier. The price is also quite expensive, over £50 for the 3 items.

Great product, easy to operate online.

If i have one vripe it would be the time it took from printed product to my door, but overall that is completely a non issue after seeing the prosuct, fantastic work.

Quality products, unbeatable prices, and reasonably fast shipping.

As a POD artist, I was looking for a print partner that had quality products, unbeatable prices, and reasonably fast shipping. That's when I came across Tapstitch on Google. They have multiple products to choose from, and their design creator is super easy to use and integrates with my store. Samples came within the delivery window, and the products and print were better than expected. I will be using Tapstitch for all my POD products from here on out.

Ordered blank hoodies 3 weeks later no…

Ordered blank hoodies 3 weeks later no update. I reached out to customer service and they said the item was out of stock and they will send the order out when they receive more stock. They could not give a timeframe for when that would be. It is now 5 weeks later still no update.

I ordered 3 products and didn't receive…

I ordered 3 products and didn't receive them and reason was "unknown" i contacted them many times and they told me to contact my local carrier knowing that it says in the tracking order "returned to sender"
Edit : the support contacted me,was patient and offered a free replacement order i hope i can get the order soon!
