I ordered a t shirt as a sample for an initial production run in size XL. The shirt arrived quite quickly but immediately looked too small. I contacted customer service and they explained it was within their 3cm size variance and showed the sizing chart. XL as per their sizing chart is an XS anywhere else and it is the largest size offered. Out of curiosity, I got my 12 yr old who is only 5ft tall to try it on and it fits like a glove.

Ordered a total of 54 hoodies for my Musical Cast and I have to say the quality, simplicity of the website and communication was all outstanding. I ordered from the UK and did have to pay an import tax with UPS which I wasn’t aware of prior to making my purchase, but beside that I had no issues. The communication on TapStitches behalf was quick and well handled, the design aspect on the website was very easy and once arrived was very accurate. The actual quality of the hoodie is great, and everyone loved.
I payed for express international shipping and record my order of 54 items in 1 week.
Very happy and would recommend!

I love the hoodie the three hoodies I designed they came out awesome good quality hoodies. I love it. It didn’t come fast but that’s so important like it’s supposed to come December 17 through the 23rd but it came December 29 but I’m glad I got it. It was worth the weight.

Tap-stitch is AMAZING. The quality is great. i order shirts, hoodies, pants for my upcoming clothing brand. The products i buy never shrink, the material is great quality. Is all great for DTF/DTG images. I will never order from anyone else when it comes to my clothing brand. Its more expensive then some others, but id pay for quality over quantity anyday. The colours are vibrant and they offer alot of products on there website. Customer service is also amazing

I ordered two sweatshirts from Tapstitch, and I’m really impressed! The quality of the fabric is excellent, and the print came out vibrant and exactly as I designed it. One thing I loved is that even though the website mentions they don’t print on sleeves, I went ahead and added a sleeve design anyway—and when my sweatshirt arrived, my design was perfectly printed on the sleeve! Great job, Tapstitch. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again. Would recommend

So far we have only ordered a large range of test prints on a wide variety of different apparel options. We were VERY pleased with the product quality and garment fit. We've searched for a long time for on demand apparel, and no other company that we've found has met our needs in terms of apparel style, print quality, and most importantly: pricing. The apparel we chose is all 100% cotton, doesn't smell of formaldehyde (like many low quality options do), and it's even packed in biodegradable bags. We will be turning on this service for our upcoming brand apparel line very soon.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration regarding the recent drastic downturn in my experience with your service. While my initial interactions were positive, the continuous and inexplicable cancellation of my recent orders has left my customers waiting and has severely damaged the credibility of my brand.
I have placed multiple orders only to have them canceled repeatedly. This inconsistency is unacceptable for a serious brand owner.
My attempts to gain clarity and resolve these issues through customer service have been entirely fruitless. I have communicated with agents, including Gen and Mikay via chat, and received an email response from Qin. In all instances, the responses were generic, canned statements, often citing, "we are currently unable to meet the quality expectations you have for printed products."
The situation escalated when I pressed for accountability regarding an order placed on November 22, 2025, that never arrived, as well as previous printing errors. After questioning these failures, a chat agent abruptly advised me that "you can't place new orders your account is restricted." This directly contradicts assurances from two previous agents who explicitly stated I had "no issues with my account."
It is apparent that when I questioned Tapstitch about accountability or sought resolution for errors, my account was suddenly targeted with restrictions. As a premium brand owner, I cannot and will not jeopardize my brand's reputation with this level of operational inconsistency and punitive customer service.
I am now certain that I must take my business elsewhere—to a partner who respects my brand's commitment to quality and reliability as much as I do.
