My parcel did not arrive on time and there was no tracking information. After, reaching out on social media, I eventually managed to get through to someone who was very helpful. My issue was resolved and my delivery was rescheduled. However, there was clearly an issue with tracking and emails as I did not receive them.

First time shopping with Tax3 and it absolutely will not be the last! The Tax3 Way hoodie quality spoke for itself - thick, heavy fabric that feels premium and built to last. The construction is excellent and it’s clear Tax3 genuinely cares about what they put out. Already looking at what to grab next. 20/10

Fast delivery, excellent service and the quality of the clothing I ordered is thick and durable. I trust in the longevity based on the overall quality of the two items I have ordered - the flame joggers and hoodie. Fluffy, thick and cozy. My next order is pending!

I love the coat its great, the only downfall that warrants 4 start instead of 5 is that its a little short length wise in comparison to arm length and puffyness of the coat. The size i needed length wise didnt match arm lenghth etc

The best streetwear brand out there! Completely switched to them from nike/addidas etc. as I am boycotting brands linked to cruelty & those who support genocide! Put your money into this streetwear brand that are by the people who are for the people! They have grinded so hard to be where they are today and they deserve the spotlight! Don't think twice & place an order cos you can't go wrong with this brand! Highly recommend!

Great clothing, excellent quality

Appalling company to deal with. Received a tracksuit that was faulty (no pockets intact in the bottoms). Contacted by email to request to return tracksuit for a refund. Received a response requesting photos of fault. I sent all information they requested and then.... nothing. I have contacted several times since, without avail. So now, I am over £100 out of pocket and a product that is not fit for purpose. I am absolutely disgusted that this company can operate like this!!

The black puffer jacket is excellent quality and style; just what my son was looking for. The reason I have not given a higher number of stars is based on no communication regarding delayed dispatch dates, which changed on the website but no communication was sent to me, and I got no responses to my email enquiries about this. It thankfully did arrive before Christmas.

My son loved the hoody and tracksuit I brought him and has been stopped a few times asking where it from.x
