Poor communication throughout the process. Purchase Price was wrong on three occasions. Missed a discrepancy in the paperwork regarding the service charge.
Overall the worst experience I have had from a conveyancer and this was the 8th property I have purchased.

Having worked with Audrey previously to manage the purchase of our two previous properties, we were keen to do so again. The process with Taylor Rose was very efficient, the online portal was easy to use and showed all of our tasks with clear deadlines so we were always on track.
Communication through the process was excellent and Audrey continuously worked with us to get the job done.
There were some unexpected challenges on day of completion and the team at Taylor Rose worked tirelessly to get us over the line.

Very slow, poor communication. Lost paperwork. I would love to know how with no internet and mobile phones back in the 80s our sale and purchase went through in 6 weeks and they are still faffing about after two and a half months on a sale of a property with no chain and they are dealing with both seller and buyer so no excuses its the other sides solicitor holding things up
