Catherine Bell was my solicitor and assisted with the purchase of my first home. Although the online portal was complicated when it came to the ID process, everything else was as smooth as it could be. Very understanding and helpful when I had any queries. I would recommend Taylor Rose to anyone needing a solicitor.

My experience with Greg Short was superb with what could have been a very long drawn out process and unnecessary setbacks with my buyers solicitor. As i’m not a person to sit back and let things happen, Greg was very patient with me and dealt with every hurdle with speed and expertise. His commitment to the process showed when he had no problem replying to my late evening emails.
I wish him luck with all future ventures!
Oh and a small shout out to Tony Williamson who stepped up the last couple of days in Greg’s absence.

They handled both our property sale and subsequent purchase brilliantly even though there were complications out of their control. My son was making his first house purchase. Their background check system broke down but they didn't tell us for 3 months. During this time they didn't even start the checks on the property. Then they withdrew their services with no explanation!

Dealt with Paul Green in the Bognor Regis branch. He was easy to get hold off, replied to telephone call & emails quickly. He kept me informed of where we were & how things were going. I had to go into the office a couple of times & all staff were super helpful & friendly.
