our experience with Taylor rose was not a pleasant one !
1. i found it very difficult to have a convocation if i was lucky i would get one email back at the end of the day witch made it difficult and dragged out.
2. the time the process tock to complete felt extended due to lack of time allow for our case.
3. we got caught in the middle of a "new system" files got lost and we had to reup load multiple times witch was very frustrating.
4. we had issues with the portal uploading documents.
5. towards the end of our case i going between taylor rose and the sellers estate agent chasing reply's and at times i was doing there job for them .
6. this is the one that annoyed me the most the lying !
i was told on more than one occasion "we are still waiting for reply's" so i called there estate agent to check and every think had been answered and this wasn't the first time i caught them out.

yes we did finally complete in the end but it was not a nice stress free experience i would not recommend

Taylor Rose were recommended to me to handle my conveyancing by Andrews, Estate Agents. Katy and her Team did a very good job. They were helpful, friendly and always very professional in their service.

It was so reassuring to be given a fixed price quotation. All the legal forms necessary were sent expediently, indeed the whole process very efficient and personable.

My solicitor Noreen Chada was very polite, professional and helpful. She is also a very hardworking person.

These are just little kids playing lawyer, who think they're all that but have so much more to learn. These kids will screw you over by taking the longest time possible to address whatever you're paying them for, whilst they clock up the hours they're going to charge you for. They do not know what they're doing ultimately and they are rude. Do not use them if you can help it.

We used their services in 2025 for conveyancing. SDLT should of been paid on completion in October yet it still wasnt paid in November. We only found this out by HMRC sending threatening letters. We raised this along side the late payment fee in November and December multiple times and they claim it's paid. August 2026 and were still receiving letters because they didnt pay the late payment charge which is now accruing interest. Again they claim this is paid which is an outright lie.

Terrible company with no follow through - have reported to the Legal Ombudsman.

Very happy and satisfied with the service provided by Taylor Rose's Bonita and Veninder. As a first-time buyer, I had quite a few questions, and the team was always patient, helpful and thorough in guiding me through the process.

Sarah Edwards handled the sale my previous and purchase of my (new!) property. I cannot describe how hard working, responsive, and effective she was at her job. Sarah really went above and beyond. She always made herself available when I had concerns (which there were many of) about the properties, dealt with some really tricky characters across both processes yet remained professional, and also navigated a seven person chain! It has been a long 9 months since we started, but without her hard work and diligence it would have been far longer and more stressful. I cannot recommend her enough.

As a nervous first time buyer I appreciated the support and clear explanation at each stage of the process by Kam. She was very thorough and detailed about my case and kept me updated on a regular basis. When my process reached unforseen obstacles she was very good at explaining my options and guide me through to completion.
