The worst company for sendinf parcels! They promise you fast and easy shipping of a parcel but they dont mention they wont help you with the declaration process! My parcel had been returned to my orginal address as they were not responsive fast enough and they leave you to deal with everything bu yourself. I had to pay twice the sedning fee as the parcel was, due to their lack if paperwork, returned to the original country as the government didn’t have enough sufficient paperwok. I will never ever use this company again and rather travel with a suitcase rather than recommend this scam company! I hope many people will see this before wasting their money time and patience.

Parcel missing over a month. Nobody borders to answer an email.

Awful company. No one came to pick up my boxes and their phone is not working... Waste of money and time.

Don't use it, Slovaks, Czechs ,this company is very poor. The quality of delivery is horrible, big delays. Also their partners like Laskenta and UPS, they will charge you extra...crazy hidden charges they don't tell... Make up money all of them. Don't use better to use a traditional delivery , not much difference.

So I send parcel from Uk to Czech tea house transport use UPS so no problem in Uk but Czech I got massage in my spam I didn’t know that is any problem until I see in tracking return to sender. No one inform me or even Tracking that they needs more information . And I should check email even spam. Now I see I have to pay extra even doesn’t any value items and is in personal used . Really annoyed never use them again.

If i could give no stars i would. The most useless company ever. I have arranged for a pickup on a certain day and nobody came. Emailed them to find out whats happening no response. Its been over a week now of emailing trying to get some information and still no luck, even the number on the website is not even working. Absolutely shocking. Getting an investigation done into their trading standards. Not great at all. Avoid

I booked a pickup parcel for 01.08 but they asked me to print a lot of pages and these were sent on 31.07 at 9PM when nowhere was open. In a digital era where everyone is using digital labels it’s a shame to ask your customers to print and not just one page but 10-12. Nowadays not too many people have a printer at home, this company makes all the process harder. No one came to collect the parcel, no one was bothered to inform me about, no one was bothered to answer my emails… this company seems to be a gost… I will never use this company again!!!! Avoid this if you don’t want to waste your time, your nerves and your money(I paid with PayPal, so I will get them back for sure but who knows when)

Yep, picked up one day late but we are on island, so used to that. And they delivered a day early! No fuss, no bother, great price. Great communications too. Highly recommend. Two large boxes from Scotland to Czechia.

Unaware of extra fees at customs.Extra 400 euros.Response 'we cant educate every customer....rude'.

I sent a 30kg package full of clothes and I never received it. I received email from them a month later the package was declared as lost and I will not get it. No compensation was offered and the value was over £1,000.
Customer service not replied to any email at all. Appalling company and how they treat customers.

Bad experience with pick up the package. I redirected pick up to another address, but courier ignored the pickup and wrote "package wasn't prepare".

Good experience, have been sending gifts from UK to family abroad over the last few years. Alway good communication and arrived on-time.

If you want quick delivery with top notch customer service, I highly recommend Teahouse transport.

I made an order of transport with Teahouse and everything went so smooth. I wish it could be like this with any other company. Thanks again!

payment easy, Follow information was pretty clear. It is important to follow info provided and all was perfect :)

Arranged with them to pick up my parcels on the 20th of July. Nobody came and since they are using UPS, the parcels had to be taken TO THEM as they didnt even arranged the pick up! Took forever to deliver and had to phone the UPS many times cos Teahouse is not responding to emails and basically does nothing for you, except taking the money. 10/10 do not recommend!

don't send luggage with these people, they will take your money, send UPS to pick up the luggage, and in the end you won't get your stuff, once you start writing emails or calling on the phone, they won't answer you
