Chai tastes weak, doesn't have correct flavour profile. I'm impressed by the plant based tea bags, as usually being a coffee drinker the last thing I want is microplastics in my cuppa. 'Ethical'... See more

Back in 2006 the world of whole-leaf tea was boring, stuffy and outdated. Meanwhile, cool things were happening in the world of coffee. We saw the opportunity to get everyone drinking real tea again! And by real we mean big leaf and big on flavour. So, in November 2006 teapigs was born. Our mission today is the same as it was back in 2006: to get everyone drinking top quality, whole-leaf, great tasting tea - and to do business a bit differently while we're at it. All natural. No nasties. BIG leaf = BIG flavour. Simple!

Great tea
Teapigs provides a great selection of different quality teas that I like. I’ve been buying the tea for a couple of years now. I particularly like their strong earl grey which I buy as tea temples and loose. Keep up the great service!

LOVE the tea but…
LOVE the tea.
BUT buy it for eco credentials and so would like to be asked if want a free gift rather than just sending. Often we don’t need or want it and would rather be able to politely turn down. Save cost space planet!

Amazing company
Amazing company, amazing products and amazing people! Had a small packaging issue in one packet and let them know, they got back to me in less than 24 hours, were super kind and helpful and arranged for a new pack to be sent straight away. So beyond impressed and will recommend them any day of the week! 10/10

Found a bug in my regular cup of camomile tea. And it’s a premium tea! Can’t see myself drinking that again. Something was black in my bag of tea, so I opened it and it’s a bug 😱🤮

Quick delivery and delivered in packaging that can all be recycled.I was not aware I would receive a free gift so that was a lovely surprise….thank you. Will definitely be using you again and will be trying to add something new to my next delivery. Have tried the apple and cinnamon tea this time….so lovely.

Strange things happening with subscription
I logged onto my account in December to see when I might have my next delivery - nothing was planned and I couldn't choose a date so I gave up and bought tea bags from elsewhere. So I was a bit surprised when I received emails from you on Friday, one saying 'Order ....... confirmed' and then a later one saying 'Your recurring order charge confirmation....'.

Great tea bags that arrived quickly
Great tea bags that arrived quickly. Only downside I didn't receive the free gift so honestly I will probably buy from the supermarket in the future as there is no incentive to buy online.

Simply the best
Teapigs bought as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. Parcel arrived on 16th December in good time for the big day.
The gift was very much enjoyed, as Teapigs are the favourite peppermint tea. Absolutely delicious.

Hopeless
Hopeless - missed delivery - apparently returned by Post Office. Emailed more than once. Tried phone lines again today but always on answer phone. After 4 weeks still haven't received £76 worth of teapigs.

quality has seriously dropped
this tea used to be really hearty and fulfilling, especially for the premium price point and i have bought from this company for several months however recently changed the tea bags by barely filling them 1/5 of the way. at first i was very confused and concerned as this is my mom’s favourite tea brand and because she struggled with change and tastes and memory and i have been reluctant to change but the quality has seriously dropped. i then saw the range of teabags at tesco and realised that they have shrunken their teabags for this and lost that small independent business characteristic and they are no longer a product worth the luxury price and they’re maximising profits and no longer concerned about quality. i am now on the hunt for new teas for her even after trying all of the teas this brand offers which truly was a last resort. this is not an issue regarding one batch or tea in particular before i get the automatic response, its a much larger issue that should be addressed before you loose customers that have purchased from yourselves for a long period of time.

The quality of Tea Pigs is excellent and the teas very good. I always use them and buy Earl Grey Strong. The last batch had some empty bags so I reached out and they have been so good and sending me a complimentary box. Thanks to Stephanie in customer services.

There was a problem with the first cup they sent me but quickly dispatched a replacement. The problem was sorted quickly and courteously, other companies could take a leaf out of teapigs book.
Excellent support, terrible website!
Your support staff are excellent, but I shouldn't need to use them. Every time that I want to make a change to my subscription something goes wrong. That shouldn't happen. People don't necessarily want the same teas in winter as they wanted in summer, and sometimes you just want to try something new, but every single time I try to make a change it goes wrong. Fortunately, your wonderful support staff can usually put it right.
As always great service
As always great service, as well as great product.
No flavor no taste no nothing
No flavor no taste no nothing , this is blandest tea ever 😞
