I love any kind of tea by Teapigs. Their teas always give the best test. Also packaging, company ethics etc guilty free. I'm converted to Teapigs long time ago 💜 Lemon and ginger, camomile and chain tea are my favorites 💜

Super easy to follow ordering instructions, which is appreciated by myself as an older, not the best with technology user 😅. Kept up to date re order. Ordered same thing again for other Daughter and know they are going to be thrilled with their surprise delivery of a product they both love. Thanks !!

I've spent many weeks ordering far more expensive loose tea blends from Whittards trying to find great black tea. All of those were pale, tasteless and disappointing. Loose tea from the supermarket is dust and your cuppa ends up full of tea dust. At last, I've found the perfect everyday cuppa! Teapigs Everyday Brew! Delicious tea, strong flavour, great colour and good leaf size. Oh, and brilliant price too (compared to the "posh" tea companies).
The only way the experience could be improved would be quicker dispatch, as it was a little slow so took 6 days from ordering to arriving.

Great tea and service

Giving a fast and ethical service. Reasonable special offers though with extra calls on my income this product has moved into the luxury level. I use tea pigs less often now to make them last. I fill in with tea that cost less. With a few more special offers I will be able to use more often. Only very special visitors get the tea pig cuppas now.

These Teapigs taste great and completely recyclable packaging.

Great products, quick delivery

I mistakenly missed the flat number from my delivery address and the items ordered were returned to Teapigs as undelivered. I contacted Teapigs to update my address and offered to pay for the postage. They wouldn't have any of it and immediately offered to dispatch the same products. This is what good customer service looks like.

We discovered Teapigs in a hotel in Felixstowe and have been obsessed ever since. Fantastic taste and value as you can double dip the bag if you so desire. Love all the eco packaging and compostable bag. We certainly always make sure we have Teapigs in the cupboard. 10 out of 10

Fantastic, customer service fantastic product

Teapigs provides a great selection of different quality teas that I like. I’ve been buying the tea for a couple of years now. I particularly like their strong earl grey which I buy as tea temples and loose. Keep up the great service!

LOVE the tea.
BUT buy it for eco credentials and so would like to be asked if want a free gift rather than just sending. Often we don’t need or want it and would rather be able to politely turn down. Save cost space planet!
