Chai tastes weak, doesn't have correct flavour profile. I'm impressed by the plant based tea bags, as usually being a coffee drinker the last thing I want is microplastics in my cuppa. 'Ethical'... See more

Back in 2006 the world of whole-leaf tea was boring, stuffy and outdated. Meanwhile, cool things were happening in the world of coffee. We saw the opportunity to get everyone drinking real tea again! And by real we mean big leaf and big on flavour. So, in November 2006 teapigs was born. Our mission today is the same as it was back in 2006: to get everyone drinking top quality, whole-leaf, great tasting tea - and to do business a bit differently while we're at it. All natural. No nasties. BIG leaf = BIG flavour. Simple!

Disappointing
I loved Teapigs. Until I ordered 90 Happy and 21 of them were completely broken. No response from the company following my contacting them. Gutted because I won’t be ordering again. The odd bag is one thing but there’s clearly a quality control issue here…not to mention the lack of customer service.

Redbush? Not my cup of tea.
This is my first order from teapigs.
After experiencing my first taste in a London hotel, I asked the staff "where I can get my hands on this great tasting tea?"
My order turned up today, right on schedule.
However.... After taking advice from the waiter to try the chocolate flake tea, unfortunately i received Redbush. Just a little upset 😢

Loose Leaf Strong Earl Grey
This Earl Grey tea is simply the best. No powder, no oily residue, wonderful flavour. I drink it every single morning in life and couldn’t live without it now.

Utterly ignoring emails and voicemails
Love this tea. Got subscription.
Emailed a good few days before latest subscription due to ship to say please don't send it, we still have loads. email ignored. I emailed again in response to their "nearly ready to ship" email. Ignored again. Emailed a 3rd time after it shipped to say we don't want it this time, no reply to that either. I've left them I think 4 or 5 phone messages now over a few weeks, all with my phone number. Nobody has called me. Whats happened tea pigs?!

Lovely company who sell great tea
Lovely company who sell great loose leaf tea. We were looking for mint tea for ages to go in our tea pot, and most places only sold green and mint tea, so we were very pleased to find this tea as it is delicious. It was also extremely quick to order as all the details were taken in one page using Apple Pay. Will definitely continue to order from you, thank you!

Outstanding service!!!!
Outstanding service!!!!
I contacted the customer service team to express my thorough pleasure with using their green teas and made one small suggestion regarding the packaging due to having some teabags tear during the openingproceas. I was given not only really useful information that I hadn't previously known about the product but also sent out a substantial amount of tea for free. This was such a kind gesture. Very very happy customer.

Quality significantly worse since Covid…
I was a frequent subscriber to Teapigs as I was addicted to their jasmine tea pearls. I decided to subscribe as they cost so much when buying 15 tea temples £5.90 or thereabouts. I enjoyed the subscription till shortly after lockdown. From then on the quality of the tea in the 50 packs dropped dramatically, it tasted almost like it had been brewed and rebrewed )if you are a green tea fanatic like me you will know the taste I mean!. I reached out to teapigs as I was a prescriber for well over a year at that point and made my case about the quality issue. I advised them that the quality issue seems to only be in the huge packs of 50 and doesn’t seem to affect the packs of 15. They came back to me and told me absolutely nothing has changed about the tea and they sent me 3 boxes of the x50 bags. Well the lot tasted no better unfortunately and I have had to leave my beloved tea pigs. I know for a fact that quality has dropped significantly and I would not recommend a subscription on that basis. The x15 tea bags unfortunately is the only way to guarantee quality with this brand these days.
Great taste and quality

Great service
Great service. Delivery is a couple of days from ordering. Package is good as well . I like the idea of being able to order as few just to sample them. You can have tea bags are loss tea. All round a great product and have no complants to date, I have been buying the super fruit for a while now and yes it is bursting with flavour.
