I ordered a 3D printer on the Friday before a Bank Holiday weekend and it arrived in perfect condition on the Tuesday. The printer model supplied had a Shuko Europeam plug instead of a UK BS1361 type but I had a spare lead so got round that. A small part came off after the first print. I emailed and they asked for pictures, which I sent, and they explained it was simply a guide tube and the printer would work fine without it, which is the case.

I ordered from Technology Outlet as I had read good reviews while researching availability and I think I was right to do so. Each contact with them has been professional and friendly

Fantastic service - I received my printer very quickly. Had an issue with the motherboard in the first week and after a couple of emails they sent out a replacement board. Amazing support and they have earned a repeat customer now! Thanks Technology Outlet!

Purchased my first 3d printer an Ender 5 Pro and sadly the card reader failed in the first week (these things happen) contacted technology outlet support, Myles took me through some things to try and resolve the issue and sent me out a replacement mainboard next day delivery installed/update firmware and good to go again 👍 excellent customer services/company I will surely be using you again for future purchasers

I recently purchased my first 3d printer, ender 3 S1 Pro. Delivery was quick and with no problems. After a couple of weeks the nozzle started crashing into the print bed and I contacted support. Within 24 hours Myles had a replacement sensor delivered to me, and now the printer works as it should. Great customer support. Highly recommended 👌

Very friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable and offer great assistance with their products. I accidentally broke a fan and they were able to quickly source the part and provide it. Had an issue with my extruder motor and James was able to diagnose the issue and send the replacement daughterboard.

Their own products such as filament are high quality. Recommend for any one into 3d printing

I recently purchased an ender 5 Pro that went faulty after upgrading the firmware. I contacted technology outlet with information and a quick video showing them the fault and they immediately sent me out a new, upgraded replacement motherboard within a day (not counting easter holiday)
The customer service is excellent, the company put the customers first and have a good knowledge of their products. I would recommend them to anyone.

After buying an ender 5 plus from technology outlet had it a month, it started acting up not their fault though, went backwards and forwards with emails trying to figure out the problem we eventually worked out it was a hardware issue and they sent me a new upgraded silent board job well done guys

I bought an ender 3 pro as my first printer and it’s great although I had a couple of issue with the printer the people at technology outlet helped so much and were constantly asking how it was going.
Now my printer is successfully doing awesome prints.

Had one small problem, one of the items had an incorrect power supply lead. I used the online chat service and the replacement item was confirmed as being shipped out today even before I had finished the chat.
I use companies whose service is first class. These guys are top of the class. Completely my go-to for technology from now on.
