I bought this card so that I could call my parents in Iran through this phone card and I couldn't because their phone didn't ring at all, while they could call me. If that's the case, what good is this card to me? In fact, it wasted my 120 kronor and I'm angry about it.

the quality of the call is good
it's just a bit complicated, have to dial a local number + pin code, then can call the number I want to call. So I have to write down the numbers before I call.

They suddenly stopped working last year and never refund the money we paid for their service. Bad option!

UPDATE: The telephone number doesn't even work. What a bad service!

They have made public that they are closing down on October 31 with very little notice. However, the phone numbers you have to call, already stopped working on October 15th, making it impossible to use up any remaining credit.

TeleNordic is Brilliant... A super company where the call center always has an answer if you need help. A great way to 'phone "The World" without it costing "The Earth"

IT'S THE BEST WAY TO CALL ABROAD AND THE CHEAPEST WAY TOO. I USE THE SMART LATINO AND I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE.

Your prices does not match what is advertised on your website. In my case, Middle East Card, the real price is 3 times higher.
The other problem which happens often, is that the line gets disconnected and the operator asks me to dial my destination's number.

This is first time I have opted for on-line telephone card for telephone abroad. I find your website user-friendly and method of payment straight forward. The cost per minute is reasonable especially when card can be used for any country.

I bought the Smart Travel card last year. For 100 kr I get talktime that doesn't expire. The time finally ran out, and I went back to the website to "tank op" but had issues with the verification process. I called their support line and the support person could handle my English very well and walked me through re-establishing the value on the card. Recommended. Thank you!

I am very happy with this card because is really good value for the money. System is always working, maybe a small recommendation from other similar cards could be that gives you the option to remember the code from the phone you are always calling so you don't have to enter the 10 digits code.

Why is it a must for one to give their mobile number when they order talk time? I lost my mobile and therefore, I have no mobile phone: I was therefore 'forced' to insert an imaginary number just to order talk time on your website. I think u must re-programme the order form, so that only an e-mail address should be obligatory... Not every one who uses telecard has a mobile :) Yes, I hear you say it is because you would like to get in touch with customers fast, by sms. But at the expense of the inconvenience of those without mobile phones? Is that fair enough? I don't think so :(

smart travel er smart

I have been using TeleNordic for the past seven or eight years. Since they introduced City card they are the only service I use for calling friends and relatives in the US. More than 20 hours of calls for kr 100. Do the math. No need to worry if someone is at home or on their computer. Once the set up has been made everything is one touch of the dial away. Their support is great. While live hours are limited if you run in to problems on a week day after office hours just shoot them a mail and they'll answer.
