I concur with the previous negative comments.
I have been a customer for many years and go back to the time of "unlimited rewites"and have since created LPAs. I am a valid customer, however, when I log in the system does not provide me any reference number. AND STOP QUOTING YOUR T&Cs. YOU HAVE CHANGED THEM FOR OLD CUSTOMERS WITHOUT MAKING IT CLEAR THAT THE FREE REWRITES NO LONGER APPLIED.
I went in the system yesterday to make a change to my Will and they wanted to charge again. I was really cheesed off and cancelled my direct debit for storage. Well..... I have NEVER received such an appalling email from a "caring" business in all my life. The language was very threatening, the grammar atrocious and overall downright rude. Heaven forbid someone cancels a direct debit in error!
AND I need to pay again to stop storage, so they can send me a copy of the Will I already have, sighting legal obligations! I shall research this area...
Needless to say I shall no longer use TenMinuteWills.

We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the fact that you are not able to update your Will for free, and would respectfully point out that our Terms and Conditions have never contained any commitment as regards future pricing.
We would like to apologise for the fact that you were dissatisfied with the wording of automated email you received after cancelling your Direct Debit.
The wording of that email has now been amended, and we would like to thank you for bringing the matter to our attention.
The 'legal obligations' that you refer to are actually 'legal COMPLICATIONS':-
Legally, if a Will is destroyed by someone other than the person whose Will it is, then (unless that person was present AND instructed that the Will be destroyed) that Will is NOT deemed to have been revoked.
In other words, if we destroy a Customer's Will - even if they have requested it - then the Will remains 'un-cancelled'.
Carrying out such an act would therefore mean that both we and the Customer would be potentially walking into a legal minefield. In the interest of both parties, we therefore have to decline all such requests.
Easy way to write your will
Found it easy to follow the prompts on how to write my will. The explanations were easy to follow. It's laid out clearly.
I would have given five stars, apart from the extremely sarcastic reply I got from a Professional Willwriter I got after asking what I thought was a valid question after they had reviewed my will.

A reputable company with advice easily at hand
I have been using ten minute will since around 2007, having seen that they offered in house checks and advice on wills and a 'one stop shop' for all elements at a fraction of the price a separate legal firm may charge. I have made various revisions to my will and used them for family members too with no issues. Their instructions and additional guidance documents are clear and easy to access.

Easy to use as you can review and change as often as needed before paying for it and a great price under £50.00 inc vat for a legally correct Will.
Cheaper than any Solicitor or on line companies that send an advisor round and just try to sell you extras
