Quick shipping and amazing service. I had some handling damage but Tennis Express did their best to accommodate the situation. Much appreciated!

I got my items extremely quickly, earlier than expected!

The order was incomplete. I ordered 4 items and only received 2.
I waited a week to see if the rest of the order would come in a separate package. It did not.
Disappointed.

Delivery of my shoes was prompt and the item was well packaged. A return label was provided which unfortunately I have had to use. The shoes were too small. I am now waiting for my refund to be processed. Hopefully, that will go as smoothly as ordering and returning has been.

Ordering from the site it’s easy and so much selection.

You guys came highly recommended. Didn’t have shoes I initially wanted but so happy with what I chose. Price and fit!

Accurate item descriptions and fast shipping

Purchased size 13 and they are too short. Since I wore them, I’m not returning. Will likely dicard.

I’ve ordered an item, I got a confirmation email and the order was paid for. A few days later I get an email saying that my item, tennis shorts, is suddenly out of stock and that I can substitute the item for any tennis shorts that are listed as in stock, however, I’d need to pay any price difference for the substitution. Not only should this store’s website be updated IN REAL TIME so that customers are not able to order and pay for items that are indeed not avaliable (out of stock), the customer should also be able to substitute for an item from the same category at the price originally paid, so that the mistake is owned up for by the store - that’s what I understand as proper customer service!

I sent four separate emails to Customer Service and New Orders for support, but nobody responded. It's unbelievable. I purchase something and then receive no response. Let's see how you handle this rating. I have made a purchase and expect a response and satisfactory resolution. I will be closely monitoring how you handle this situation when giving my rating.

Not anyone's fault, but the tennis shoes were too large despite being the same size as my other babolat same model. In addition, I received two Fila pants and not sure that I ordered two.

Very easy and fast to buy all of your shoes, apparel and gear here. Good customer service, too.

Unfortunately these shoes fit is larger than other ON shows I own. So when I tried them on the court they were too loose to play safely with. And the worst part is Tennis Express will not have them returned because I feared them once. I was so excited to receive them but as it turned out, I just wasted $200. :(

Quick Update: Tennis Express will consider a return applying a restocking fee still to be determined...

These shoes are super cute and comfortable. They didn't need to be broken in to be comfortable. Good grip and support. Tennis express had them delivered in 3 days!
