Selling tickets is in the DNA of our company. The passion for sport, with tennis in particular, was central to the establishment of Tennis Ticket Service. It all started in 2007 when the ‘event junkies’ behind the company visited a lot of tennis matches. Tickets became increasingly difficult to get, causing the idea to expand the network to a wider audience than friends and family only. This is how something that started as a way to visit the best events ourself, has grown to Tennis Ticket Service. The platform to help everyone get those hard to get tickets.

Esta empresa es un timo. No comprar ningun ticket. Llevo 2 años con el ticket comprado para la Final de Roland Garros y hoy 1 dia antes me dicen que lo han cancelado.
This company is a scam. Please don't buy any ticket to them I bough a ticket for the Roland Garros Final 2 years sgo, and today 1 day before the Final, they cancel the ticket
Got an email today that they cancelled my ticket for the mens final on sunday. I am already in paris, from south africa. They are asking for my banking details, but surely they will not pay back the money.....as all of this seems like a big scam???
We were not able to join the french open tournament with tickets tennisticketservice.com sent us. All tickets of the person who bought the ticket were blocked.
Total scam.
We are proceeding legally, please do not buy firm them.
It was a scam. I can’t believe that such a company is still doing business.
My husband bought two tickets for Day session of Roland Garros in 2019 for Christmas. He picked very nice seats along the side court.
Of course we could not go following summer in 2020 because of Corona.
TTS still sent us an email reminding us that we have a day session.
In 2021, we still could not go and finally we got an email that we can finally go in 2022.
So we waited for the tickets and waited and waited.
After some uncertain days, we got the tickets literally at the end of the day before the game. And we got a NIGHT session!!
The problem was that we have reserved a table in a fancy restaurant that evening which we deposited €240 because we were supposed to go to the day session.
But now we have tickets for night session.
Our dilemma was if we go to the game or the restaurant…
If they sent us the tickets a day earlier, we could cancel the restaurant without any fees. We were darned!!!
Anyway we picked tennis of course, it was a game by Rafa and Djokovic. It was amazing!
But another problem was that it turned out our seats were the cheapest seats in the stadium.
We paid €770 and got the seats where are all the up to the sky!!! I don’t believe that they were €770.
I felt really sorry for my husband who wanted to make me happy but we were very disappointed instead.
Please don’t buy any tickets from this company.
We were really disappointed.
Total rip off.
Bought tickets for Roland Garros. Few hours before we plan to leave for Paris we receive an email that the tickets are cancelled.
No tickets. Not the planned vacation. Made lots of costs for hotel / transportation. No direct communication. As you receive a standard e-mail, they do this all the time. It should be the business model (sell a lot of tickets and only buy a few).
Let's hope we get the few thousand euro's back. They should be put out of business.
Tennis Ticket Service are crooks - a total rip off. Do not buy any tickets from them! The face value of our tickets was 110 euro and they sold them to us for 467 euro + a service and a payment fee! As a smoke screen, they 'upgraded' our tickets from cat 3 to cat 2 - well, thanks very much! That is a 325% margin or better "pure theft". I get it if the business model is to guarantee tickets and no hassle and take a reasonable margin for it but not this. We did receive our tickets (we were 'lucky' if I read other posts) and were able to get in, but at the gate the official instances took us apart and explained the unlawful resale of the tickets. Please buy your tickets on the official RG website - they become available around March of the year of the tournament.
My husband purchased tickets for RG and we had quite a week or two of suspense with this company, not knowing when the tickets were going to come, not able to call anyone on the phone, and reading all the buzz online (which made me almost despair fearing of fraud). For several days things were very tense, and I expected to find that we would not receive anything or that if we got tickets that they would not be legit. But we got the email with today’s QF tickets on Monday morning and tonight we went to the venue to see if the tickets worked. And they did, with a secondary ticket printed in my name once the billet was scanned at the entrance. They were 100% legit, and I got to watch Nadal and Djokovic as my first match at RG. I don’t think this company is necessarily trustworthy and I probably won’t ever do business with them again, and you have to keep writing emails to clear up issues and to keep on their case. But what I do know is that they sent us legit tickets which gave us entry to PC. They could have blown us off, took the money and ran, or sent fake tickets, but at least in what happened tonight, that is not what tennisticketservice did. They also sent us tickets for tomorrow night, and they still owe us tickets for the semifinals and finals. I will update in case things go awry.
I bought tickets for the finals paying approx €7000 to threat my family after a serious family accident.
They have been difficult to trust as they were constantly finding a reason not to send the tickets.
However, I must admit that they managed to deliver and I had ok seatings.
Hi, I have to comment on what Stephen Lawson wrote 3 days ago.
I am also waiting for tickets for the quarter finals.
It must be fake. They are still selling tickets on their website for every upcoming match.
This is impossible.
They are probably just saying that the tickets arrive one day before the match to avoid too many bad reviews while they are still making money with their fraud.
It is crazy how big this is. Very seriously looking website, well translated and then also these probably fake reviews here at trust pilot about successfully receiving tickets for previous events like the Australien Open.
Also that they answer on emails with service personnel.
However, they are not reachable by phone. They have an automatic message there. That they are on WhatsApp with the same number is also not true.
For such a big and expensive event as the French Open, all this effort is probably paying off for them very well…:-(
I was redirected to their website I thought it was Roland Garros official website. So I got 4 tickets for outside courts in a hurry which cost me £384 and £12 extra for the exchange rate. The cost of the same ticket in the official Roland garros website was £20 adult and £10 child. So I would have actually paid £70 for the same ticket. The same day as realised it I tried to call them no answer so emailed them and they said only 40% would be refund. I was so mad at myself for not looking at the website before buying. I still haven’t got my £40% refund. Fraud company. Taught me a lesson.
We visited the ATP-Finals 2021 in Turin and got the tickets just in time, two or three days before the event started. But the service tennis ticket service provided was perfect: they managed that we sat all together and had the same tickets for all four sessions. Due to this they even graded some of the tickets up!
The only thing was that the conversation was just possible via mail and in English (no problem for us). The answers came some!
Thanks a lot!!
Marion
It is a scam, do not order tickets here!
We payed Euro 924,- for 2 first round tickets for Roland Garros through this company. We did not recieve the tickets and can not get in contact with Branko from tennisticketservice.
As being on the very vulnerable list I have asked if ticket service could refund our ticket for the event they have cancelled due to the covid19 pandemic but they refused. I find shocking that they imply that we should put our lives at risk by pretending they could not refund and resell the tickets for next year (as a vaccine is unlikely to have been distributed by then and we would therefore still be at risk) This is a very disturbing policy and a terrible way to treat us. Shame on this company for their very little humanity.
I got my tickets in time. I contacted the company via e-mail and got the information I asked for.

The tennis ticket service was great. We got all questions answered and our tickets prior to leaving. We had great seats too.
