Fun for everyone
We booked the 1hr of bowling and a pizza for £40 which was just enough time for a family of 4 to have two games. We stayed after for more food and a drink (all reasonably priced) and the kids were able to go into the karaoke room for an hour at a reasonable price. We’ve been here for the escape room and laser tag before including for parties and have always had a good time. The kids love that there is the arcade too which we have always included in their parties. I’d say it’s a really good place to have a day out with the kids when the weather isn’t so great outside.

Overall a great experience
Overall a great experience, we booked for a party.
Communications could have been a little better - we were told what lane we were to play on and confirmed our food order but after then it felt communications lack a little customer service.
It would have been good to be told when the food was coming, when the best time would be to do the cake.
also felt that as there were multiple parties the host stayed at lane one and didn’t engage with the parties further down.
Kids however had a great time.

Accessible bowling lane but smelly toilets
The bowling games are good, and they make the lanes accessible with a ramp. However staff wanted us to fetch the drinks and snacks after ordering them on the lane app, which was frustrating. Also the toilets always smell of urine on every visit.

The bowling experience was fun but there could have been more staff around to serve customers. There was a problem in our lane but when I pressed the assistance did not come and we had to leave and get someone. Otherwise good venue, very clean and easy parking. Would come again!
