Friends Outing experience
Music was too loud, we could barely here conversations amongst the group. Food - was below average, could be much better. Disappointed when the staff could not provide a hard copy of the allergen list, this had to be viewed online and the online version was not quick to look through.

The staff were great, no problem with them whatsoever. However, our time there was ruined by the travellers that had taken over the car park, their kids running loose in the arcades pushing people out of the way to steal their go on arcade machines including my 11 year old son causing me to intervene, pestering the paying customers, using customers cars as objects to skate around. Security was useless. We left early. While not technically Tenpins fault, they did nothing to prevent or manage or warn the customers about the car park not being a safe place to park. One car was used as a stand for the kids scooters while Security watched.

My daughter had a karaoke party and cannot fault it, brilliant set up helpful staff and well worth the money! Would highly recommend!

One of the bar staff beyond rude!!
Came for a lovely day out with family but then was sadly ruined by the bar lady Michelle’s attitude. Slamming drinks down, asked me for my order by only asking ‘what?’, then proceeded to argue when I told her there was no need to be so angry towards customers. I’ve been coming to tenpin for 20 years, and never have I had this experience! Really off putting as we spent £50 on bowling and darts and didn’t even end up enjoying it.

11 year old birthday party!
My daughter had her 11th birthday party here at the weekend and tried out laser tag, bowling and the karaoke room. The girls all had a brilliant time and enjoyed all the activities particularly the laser tag!
The staff were really helpful with the birthday cake bringing it out for us and singing happy birthday.
We didn’t book this as a party and it all still flowed seamlessly from one activity to another with lunch in between.

I gave this score as sadly my family and I did not get to play our game. There was an incident in the foyer where a man was taken seriously ill and emergencies services were called and we had to be evacuated from the building

Great arcade, lots to do
WiFi is so bad you can’t actually use any of the QR scanners / website for ordering.
Lots of the sweet dispenser machines are battered - just bin them.
Otherwise, it has the best arcade around - actual coins rather than just tapping cards all over the show - and more importantly, it still has real tickets which is part of the fun that other arcades in the area lack!

Bowling was great shame about the golf

Also went to prison golf - poor experience half the stops were broken or poor quality, despite multiple people complaining on site only response was we are busy!
