Bowling was great
Bowling was great. Would have given a 5 rating if we didn't finish bowling and have to wait a further 30 minutes for food. It was still wrong but at this point. We just ate it.

Lovely family friendly
Shell was amazing, lovely friendly member of staff that took pride in her job. She chased our food as it was taking longer than expected. The food was grate once arrived.

There was no air con in the room so it got hot. When I asked for it to be put on it later started to leak. It was dealt with but each time I had to go to find a member of staff as we weren’t checked on

It’s a shame festival park looks so run down on the outside, bring back laser quest next door. It’s a central location especially with the Odeon Cinema next door and Waterworld just up the road. A lick of paint would make all the difference to this leisure area.
