Good but very expensive for what you get!
It was a good day for the kids and they had fun but the food let it down, I paid for eat and play and the food was cold and over cooked. The arcade was fun but you have to spend an absolute fortune to win a good amount of tickets for prizes which disappointed the kids. It's not very wheelchair friendly either as its quite cramped together and trying to get to the toilets was a mission to get through the seating areas and then the pool area because of the layout. The ramps weren't obviously labelled either.

Great fun
Great fun, enjoyed by all the family from the youngest to the oldest....fab afternoon bowling fun. Few technical issues arose during the play but they were sorted out eventually!

Food issue
Arrived for my nephews birthday party with my 3 year old who was too young to take part in laser tag. Bowling was fine, problem came when I ordered food and after 20 minutes asked how much longer it would be and was told at least another 5-10 minutes as they have lots of parties to cater for. They shouldn’t be taking any new food orders if they can’t keep up with demand. Party food was late and cold too so I’m glad I got my money back and went to Aldi.

Overall our experience was great
Overall our experience was great. The place was clean, the food (pizza) was served fairly quickly but didn't feel fresh, the dough was tough and chewy. The bowling alleys functioned well, selection of balls was good, the digital set up went without a hitch. The arcade part was also fun, clean and tidy, all the machines were functioning except a few didn't give any tickets.
My only real issue was that upon arrival there were four staff standing chatting and messing around whilst I waited to be served and even after looking and seeing the queue continued in their conversations until prompted by another member of staff to start serving customers. This is frustrating especially when you're trying to contain an excited child in a very busy crowded space.

Disinterested & disorganised staff
Disinterested & disorganised staff, stood around talking, place was messy and the girl who served us was clueless and chewing gum!! Food was not worth the cost as it was overcooked and very little of it. Will not be returning

It’s a fun establishment for children
It’s a fun establishment for children, not really aimed at adults, tried all the cocktails and tasted horrid and the ones that tasted alright was just watered down by a lot of ice, the food was inedible after 10pm, dry as anything had to return for a refund

I booked pizza and bowling for my nephews. I even paid £12 for an additional pizza. The quality of the food was really poor. There was hardly any toppings including cheese on the pizzas. Most definitely not worth the money I paid.

Had a good time
Had a good, fun time, bowling. Arrived a little early and was allowed straight up. Ordering food and drinks was simple and came nice and quickly. Unfortunately a group of children came and threes balls down a neighbouring aisle while they were unsupervised (we’ve all played up ourselves as children). Didn’t affect me and not the fault of staff, parent soon twigged on.
At the end of the game I realised a family had been waiting for our lane. I thought I’d been relatively fast with the bowling, they hadn’t hassled me at all, maybe they were early, would have been better if they had been instructed to wait in the arcade or bar area as their child was, periodically, poking his head round. I thought he was just an inquisitive fellow, didn’t realise it was out of his impatience. Had a good time and nice enough atmosphere

We visited with our children
We visited with our children , at 9pm, the staff were so Disnorgnised it took over 15 mins for me to be served at the bar, limited staff to even speak to, the labs were not clean with cutlery from the last users that I had to personal find the spray and tissue to clean up. Honestly I was in shocked that the staff just didn’t seem to care and the place has really deteriorated. It will make be question if to comeback again or drive to Wolverhampton instead for a nicer family experience.
