I spoke with the salesperson on the phone. Nice guy Mr. X. We agreed on a payment plan of five payments of 270.00 deducted from my Folio. We got to the point where all was good on the art and that is when I was informed that I would need to pay the whole 1350.00 NO PAYMENT'S. I spoke with the person responsible for closing the sale. He informed me he would not honor what Mr. X said. I cancelled my order after providing proof of the phone recording of me and Mr. X talking about the price and payments. If I had known that from the beginning, I would not have proceeded with the order. I am sure the product would be great tool, but I think being upfront from the beginning would have been a lot better experience.

Terra boost was extremely easy and the marketing we’re going to do with them is going to touch a lot of people. The best part of it was the artwork! I filled out a form and they got it right only one small change had to be done. it made the experience so easy!

Very easy process. We answered a few questions, offered our logos and colors and what was most important for us to convey to possible clients. The artwork was done for us using that information and looks fantastic! The communication was quick and the customer service was excellent. They listened to us, made changes as requested and gave a beautiful end product.

The company is on top of their communication, making sure that we had all the information we needed and we able to meet deadlines.

Brandon and the Art Team are amazing. They created an exceptional ad for my small fitness business which looks fantastic in my local grocery store. Love Terraboost and just signed up with them for my 2nd annual ad package!

Terrible marketing company with even worse customer service. My roofing company signed up with Terraboost for 1 year. After that year was up they continued to charge us without us knowing. They charged an additional 2 months even though we had already submitted cancelation. No big deal right? A quick phone call should clear things up... Nope even though they had written cancelation they said there is nothing they can do about the additional charges. If you own a business do not market with them.

This was one of the worst marketing investments I’ve made for my business. I paid approximately $2,700 for a 6-month kiosk marketing program and received zero real leads. Not only were there no results, but there was also absolutely no follow-up, no performance reporting, and no account management during the entire contract.

For a company that sells marketing services, the lack of communication is unacceptable. No one checked in to see if the kiosk was generating traffic. No one asked if adjustments were needed. It felt like once they secured payment, the support stopped.

When I decided to cancel due to no return on investment, I was told I would still be charged an additional 30 days. After spending thousands with no measurable results, that response was extremely frustrating.

Small business owners work hard for their money. I strongly recommend asking very specific questions about lead tracking, reporting, and cancellation policies before signing anything with this company.

I believe the communication has been great. I wish there were a better way to handle the design process... but we got there.

I am featured at several grocery stores in my area. I am complimented daily on my ads and more importantly everyone sees me as they are entering the grocery stores. Best advertising I have ever done.
