I don't use international calling very much but when I went to use it recently I saw my balance was zero.
Tesco put an expiry clause on your balance and if not used within 6 months steal your money.
Bad form Tesco but I guess every little helps your profits!!

I contacted Tesco international customer services today regarding my top up voucher. Mr Riaz (advisor) was extreamly helpful, professional and quick in resolving my issue. Further to this, Mr Riaz helped me step by step set up my Tesco international application and further assisted me with this. In addition to this, Mr Riaz further explained in detail how the top up services worked and elaborated on where I can purchase the vouchers from. This was definitely a pleasant experience and the best customer service received. Thank you!

Don't use this app to call the Caribbean. It was recommended to me but it is useless. The connection is so bad that the recipient can't hear the conversation. A total waste of money @ 17p per minute. I have not had a single successful call since I signed up. I would give it no stars if I could.

I disliked the fact that it took me over 20 minutes to find out a Tesco international calling customer service number. The number is not even available on Google.
The app doesn't not give an option to speak to someone. But when I eventually got to speak to a real human gentleman called Chris, he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and good communicator.

My phone stopped recognising the app so i could not make any calls.
I phoned their customer care and spoke to Kathrine. She took my details and info on my phone and said she would speak to technical and would phone back. Well she phoned back and the app works now. Thank you Tesco for still having a customer service that works.
