I topped up my account with payment processed by a 3rd party company called mi pay. I never got the credit on my international calling account or any service. I am now worried these mipay people who process payments for Tesco are illegitimate. Imagine if they make a couple pounds per person. It's daylight robbery.

Just wanted to say huge thanks once again to Sanna R for her diligence in helping me to connect to my bank abroad. The connection wasn't initially working via Tesco International Calling, however Sanna took it to tech team and reverted to me shortly with the solution. She made test calls in parallel with me and called me back a few times to confirm that I can connect to my bank.

We had an issue with our top up. I called and spoke to Sanna R. What a lovely lady! She understood the situation and kept me informed through the whole process. Always phoned me back when she said she would. And got the problem resolved. She had to speak to other members of the contract and was willing to call them too and then call me back. In a world of online chats and not being able to speak to a human, Sanna was a complete breath of fresh air! So helpful, polite and utterly charming! Thank you so much Sanna. You really helped me. Absolutely fantastic customer service.

I had a problem with my card having expired whilst I was recovering from surgery. I spoke with the kindest and most understanding gentleman called Chris who quickly resolved my problem. His sympathy and support reflects so well on him as a person but also the organisation that trained and employs him.

A superb service experience while talking to Kathryn - tesco international calling!
Kathryn has helped me with my 'lost' credit of nearly £20 (!?) which was restored to my account.
Kathryn was not only helpful but also very friendly over the phone (she really wanted to help if you know what I mean) so it was greatly appreciated.
Tesco Mobile in general (I think) is the best network provider in the UK. I have been with others but now for many years I have stuck with Tesco Mobile.
Kathryn has given me another proof I should not be looking elsewhere for my mobile phone network provider.
Kathryn - you are simply the best!!!

I needed to confirm how to add my club card points for every international calling credit I purchased. I spoke to Chris on the customer service line. He was very friendly and quick to resolve my issue. He also informed me of the benefit of inviting friends and family to use the Tesco International Calling app. It was generally and good experience and an excellent customer service for me. I had lost my International Phone card and didn't have my PIN to call my Nan and was getting stressed...Katherine was kind & really helpful, she found my account, credit etc, got my phone & PIN registered and now I can call Nan without needing my card or PIN to hand...sooo much easier! I called because i did not understand that when i gave my credit card number , and they took £1.00, that I would have to enter my card again and the £1.00 would be refunded. Sanna-R explained very simply all the steps and reassured me. She answered the phone quickly and resolved this issue quickly. She reminded me to top up my credit every 6 months, otherwise it disappears. I find tesco international a useful addition to the free internet calling apps, as it is cheap and reliable.

After being unable to load credit onto my international calling card on the weekend, I emailed the help centre. Within minutes, lovely Chris called me back, and sorted everything. He took the time and trouble to ensure I was happy with the resolution, and offering guidance with future use of the App before wishing me a good day and ending the call. 100% excellent UK based customer service.
