I referred my daughter to buy Tesla. It has been over 2 months Tesla has been rescheduling deliver more than three times. They kept on messaging that we are having difficulties in finance department.... See more

Worst service experience in 40 years…
Worst service experience in 40 years being a driver. Hindsight is 20/20. I will not recommend Tesla nor ever buy one again. A car without good service options is worthless. Tesla is a money grab. Buyer beware.
0 stars if I could.
0 stars if I could.
The customer service is awful. Once you've paid your deposit, it feels like Tesla has no interest in helping you. I don't mind using the app for most things, but if you have a question or need support, getting a response is nearly impossible. It regularly takes 3–4 days for someone to reply.
I eventually decided to cancel my order and was told the cancellation would be processed within 48 hours. It's now been 5 days, and I've still had no update. I also spent over 30 minutes on hold before finally speaking to someone, only to be told they couldn't confirm when my refund would be processed.
If you're considering an electric car, be aware that while Tesla may make great vehicles, my experience with their customer service has been extremely disappointing. In my case, the lack of communication and support has been unacceptable.
Very disappointing after-sales…
Very disappointing after-sales experience.
I reported multiple serious vehicle condition issues just one day after delivery, including paint residue consistent with previous repainting, panel and trim misalignment, uneven inner door metal, and poor panel fit. These are not normal wear and tear.
More specifically, the rear driver-side door card is misaligned, and the driver-side window glass is incorrectly fitted, causing noticeable wind noise while driving. These are functional and fitment issues that should have been identified before the vehicle was sold.
The vehicle was advertised and confirmed at delivery as having no previous bodywork, paintwork, or repairs, which does not match the condition I discovered. Even in Tesla's own pre-purchase video, the rear side skirt is visibly out of position, yet this was later dismissed as being "within standards."
What concerns me most is the Certified Pre-Owned inspection process. Based on my experience, I do not believe the vehicle was thoroughly inspected before sale. Tesla asked me to bring the vehicle in for inspection, but after doing so, I was told nothing was wrong.
I then paid for an independent inspection at a private body shop, which identified accident-related damage and repair work estimated at over £5,000 to rectify. This directly contradicted Tesla's assessment.
I contacted Tesla on multiple occasions seeking answers and a proper resolution, but received little to no meaningful response. The matter remains unresolved.
I also raised the issue with the finance company, who advised that they are the legal owner of the vehicle. As a result, I am now pursuing legal action through the courts regarding the condition and sale of the vehicle.
I paid around £4,000 above the market value because I expected Tesla's Certified Pre-Owned programme to provide a higher standard of quality, inspection, and customer service. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
My advice to anyone considering a Tesla Certified Pre-Owned vehicle is to inspect it extremely carefully before accepting delivery. If anything does not match what you were told or what you can see, do not rely solely on the CPO inspection. Arrange an independent inspection as soon as possible and document everything. Based on my experience, it could save you a significant amount of time, stress, and money.

I would give no stars but sadly that’s not an option.
Tesla is an absolute joke. The communication is poor their customer service is poor and the app is the biggest waste of time as they never reply to you. They rob you for money and then don’t deliver.
I had a car on order since 22nd March 2026. They delayed collection date 3 times due to their contract issue, a finance issue in their part and the fact they have the car away, then the trade in value expired and they offered £2000 less expecting me to pay the remaining £4000. When asked how this is fair when it was them that delayed the whole collection I was told they couldn’t do anything about it. If I was the one causing the delays I would understand but it wasn’t.
I would generally advise to stay away from this company rude, incompetent people. No matter who you spoke to it’s never them who can sort it and they would pass it on.
Best cars I have ever owned
Best cars I have ever owned, Service isn't quite what it used to be but still far more advanced and streamlined than any other car manufacturers/dealer out there. I would definitely recommend.
A zero score would be more accurate
It would be zero but the lowest I can give is one!!
This model of buying through an app and turning up on the day to collect doesn’t work.
Too many issues and unresolved problems - particularly if trying to part-ex or finance. Nobody to talk to, only option is to message and then await a response. Zero opportunity to do anything unless the app says you can.
Theory is great - practice is it doesn’t work and looking at the appalling customer scores, appears I’m not the only one having an awful experience.
The Customer Services team are equally terrible. When someone does finally talk to you their attitude was take it or leave it!! Nothing they can do other than follow what the computer says and their attitude was appalling.
When you formally complain and finally get to talk to someone senior, they’re helpful and understand the issues. It’s clear by their answers and apologies that it’s a system they know doesn’t work. But that’s all they have to work with.
In the meantime the experience for the customer, trying to spend tens of thousands of pounds, remains terrible.
Turned up today to collect a car (delayed and postponed by 4 weeks due to administrative issues) to find it was still all wrong and not ready to be collected - despite multiple emails to the contrary and reassurances everything would be ok.
I’ve just walked away from the Longbridge collection centre and left the car behind, requesting a full refund of my money.
Really poor service
Really poor service, the customer service with the finance team is really poor. I’ve been trying to sort out my car return for 6 months. I wanted to end my deal with early termination and asked them for advice. They made it very unclear what needed to be done, didn’t reply to my messsges and are now trying to charge me for 2 months I didn’t have the car. They don’t listen, and choose to ignore you if you disagree with them. Wouldn’t deal with Tesla ever again

Ordered some wiper blades which were £62. Sent them back as they just use normal Bosch ones and even though I have proof of them being sent back I still yet await to receive a refund. Am having to go back to my bank for a charge back to get one as there is NO support from Tesla. They just send you around in circles and you cannot contact anyone. Ridiculous
I would have given zero stars if…
I would have given zero stars if possible haven't got the car yet and really wishing that I had selected an alternative brand. Delayed delivery, terrible communication and dont care less support from their customer service department. Customer service is very important to me, so even if the vehicle is great when I finally get it, would never buy another new Tesla.
would be zero if possible
would be zero if possible. no humans very difficult to contact car on its 3rd service visit not fixed yet. suspension stinks.

I just bought a second hand Tesla from Tesla for piece of mind . I had not seen the second hand car before buying as Southampton was so far away . I did see a walk round video and any small marks were pointed out as asked ..
Must admit I was sweating when I was going to pick up the vehicle and not just through the heat. When arriving free coffee and biscuits and was spoken to instantly . Half hour later my car pulled up right outside the showroom door .
I must say the car was far better then described really lovely not like some of the pigs I looked at in other garages.
fantastic first good review I have written in years.
I would like to give Zach from reading and Joe from Dartford a mention as they were both really great but unfortunately did not buy from either but highly recommended to speak and deal with.
Im sure the service review maybe different but here hoping .
Ross.
Tesla Reward Card does not work
Tesla Reward Card does not work and despite multiple emails to the card company my reward of $500 is unusable
This is easily the worst company I've…
This is easily the worst company I've ever had to deal with.
I ordered a model Y Premium long range in December 2025; I was told delivery would be sometime in March 2026. This got moved to May 2026 which was when I was going to be away on holiday. I phoned Tesla to explain the problem and all the girl could say was " We will allocate your car to another customer"
I decided to make the two hour round trip to the showroom in order to discuss the problem with an actual person. I was told by a salesperson (Craig) that he would take charge of delivery and ensure the car would be ready for my return from holiday.
Whilst away on holiday I received a text informing me the car would be ready for collection while I was still away on holiday. I was livid!
I called Tesla to explain the situation and was told by a customer service operative that she would arrange for me to pick the car up on the 2nd July. This was something she never actually did, and neither did she have the good manners to inform me that she couldn't do it.
I sent a message on the Tesla App informing them of my predicament. I didn't receive any response. I sent another message on the App and again received no response.
Due to this uncertainty, I cut my holiday short and drove back to the UK from the South of France in order to make the allocated time slot.
After chasing back to the UK and insuring the car for the Tesla pick up time, as well as arranging a lift to the Bluewater pick up point, I was then texted to say the pick up date had again been moved to four days later!
Again I visited the showroom only to be told there were no sales staff on site to speak to me about the problem.
I can only assume, customer satisfaction is not something Tesla care about.
I can honestly say, this is worst I've ever been treated as a customer.
When I visited the showroom I could see a manager in his office with his feet up on the desk as if he were in a deckchair on the beach. The sales staff are all very young and you never get to see the same one twice, which suggests a large turnover of staff. It's a completely amateur shit show of a business!
If there was an option for 0 star or -0…
If there was an option for 0 star or -0 I would choose this.
This is the worse car buying experience I’ve ever had.
I ordered a Tesla model y in March and its end of June still haven’t received the car.
They said 2nd of June for collection then they changed it to a week later and they asked me to reapply the fobance which was approved before.
I did do that then the delivery date and trade on car was problem. I must have Dane 15-20 phone calls and as many messages through the Tesla app.
No one seem to know anything.
I’ve insured this car that I don’t have.
I’m in the middle of cancelling my order and they said they wouldn’t rerun my £200 deposit.
I love the Tesla car but I don’t like buying a car from Tesla company.
I don’t know what to do.
I think buying a Tesla from any other garage maybe a better choice. Or don’t buy Tesla at all. What they are gonna be like after buying it if anything goes wrong?
I don’t trust this company anymore
Tesla is the worst company I have ever…
Tesla is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I placed an order for a new vehicle in April and was told that it ought to be ready in early June for "delivery".
The app (being the main means of communication) then said that delivery was estimated for September, which went down to late May almost instantly. However, the delivery then kept being pushed out one day at a time for a month. As I was handing back my old car to the finance company on 12 June, it was impossible to plan for the gap without a vehicle, as I had no way of knowing what the actual delivery date would be.
Eventually, I got a message on the app, saying that the vehicle was ready and I just needed to schedule my delivery date.
Any elation from this message soon turned to despair, as I realised that "delivery" meant that the car had to be collected from Southampton docs, which is about a 150 mile round trip and, to make matters worse, unless I could schedule this collection within the next 10 days, I would lose the car and go back on a waiting list for another vehicle).
Given holidays / work commitments, arranging a 150 mile round trip, without a car at such short notice was not possible. Now I have no indication as to when my next window for the "race to the docks" will be to collect a car.
It seems that no-one actually works in Tesla's customer service. You call a number in Maidenhead and wait on the line for hours or you select a call back option and wait in vain for someone to call.
You can chat to an AI bot on the app, that will tell you to email customer service when it gets stuck and no one will reply to your email, or you can waste more hours on the Maidenhead line.
The company is a joke and the reference to delivery is highly misleading. It should be termed "estimated date when your car will be dumped at the nearest UK port to our factory and we set the stopwatch on your 10 day window to get it".
DO NOT BUY A TESLA, DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THE SALES TEAM TELL YOU!
Self driving killing machines
Giving 1 star because i have to
Giving 1 star because i have to. Said they would deliver car, then called to say i had to pick it up and they had to get it out before year end. When I explained im out of the country on holiday during the 5 day window they gave me for pick up at the last minute and would like to pick it up 1 week later when I returned, they would not agree. Made no attempt whatsoever to be even a little flexible and said if I didnt pick it up the car would be reassigned. To boot the customer service rep (Ben) was rude as from start to finish, making sly remarks in the background as I spoke to him. It was clear he couldn't care less - nice job mate. So go ahead and buy a Tesla if you want a decent EV but my God be prepared for a painful process with zero customer care.
Last week we received the delivery of…
Last week we received the delivery of Model 3, It is horrible experience with Tesla sales team.
They are not aware of anything at all, On top of that they keep telling, For everything check in Tesla mobile app.
We also purchased wall charger, the sales person issued the invoice in someone else name, And upon asking to change the name on the invoice, He updated they cannot change the name, It is so frustrating with Tesla team, They are not aware of anything and throwing all the work on the customers thru Tesla app without helping the customers, This is extremely bad way of working, Sooner or later they will realize this big mistakes and sales will stop for them and they suffer major losses and close the company.
I booked a test drive
I booked a test drive , my Sunday afternoon was for nothing, the car wasn’t there , I tried to called customer service nobody answered after a day I called them they said sorry car wasn’t ready , offered me another far location!
What a mess ! Waste my Sunday . Never again .
Big disappointment I was planning to buy a model Y just wanna see before but failed!
Lost £1000
Hi, I received a refund request for £89, but the correct amount should be £1,089. My trade-in vehicle was valued at £3,389 and I paid a £200 deposit (Total £3,589). My finance down payment was only £2,500. This leaves an overpayment of £1,089,Why refund is £89? where is £1000?
