Faultless return handling
The initial order was shipped out on schedule and exactly as would be expected. To me, that's a four-star review.
But the handling of the later return pushes it to five. Two other companies messed up, but Test-Meter shouldered putting things right.
Sadly the meter wasn't suitable, so I contacted Test-Meter to arrange a return. That was a simple process, and it was quickly approved.
But then DPD lost the package—it seems to have disappeared from the drop-off locker. Test-Meter have been brilliant at their handling of this issue.
Neither the original issue nor DPD's problems have been their fault, but they've been great at handling these issues on behalf of the other companies rather than trying to deflect the hassle.

Ordered a kane analyser probe turned up with plastic prong snapped off,was told by customer service that it will be picked following day and another one dropped off but never was and had someone wait in all day for it.

Needed to purchase a replacement MFT…
Needed to purchase a replacement MFT after a fire destroyed my previous unit. I picked the DiLog ALVA unit, as it met all of my requirements and supported tests on more RCD types than others costing more. The unit arrived quickly and very well packaged. I was kept informed of the delivery schedule and when to expect it to arrive, so no unnecessary waiting around for a non-existent delivery. Can't fault the service, and the free gift of an earth leakage current clamp is a great added bonus.
