Disappointing Saturday Night

Disappointing Saturday Night – Noisy, Dirty, and Cold Food
I visited TGI Fridays at Rushden Lakes on a Saturday evening, and unfortunately, it was a major let-down. While I may be outside their target demographic at 50, the basic standards of dining were completely missed.
The atmosphere was incredibly noisy, which was only made worse by a loud smoothie machine that constantly interrupted our conversation throughout the meal. To make matters worse, when our food finally arrived, it was served cold.
Hygiene was also a significant issue; the toilets were in a disgusting state and clearly hadn't been checked for some time. Despite the festive "Friday's" branding, the lack of cleanliness and poor food temperature made for a very poor experience. We definitely won’t be returning on a Saturday night—there are far better options at Rushden Lakes.

Horrendous service

Horrendous service, waited 45 minutes after main course for a pudding then 30 minutes for pudding to arrive then 20 minutes stood at the door waiting for someone to come with a bill.

Tgi Friday in silverburn shopping centre. Appalling .Chill nachos was cold . Got replacement which was no better . Id have expected the cheese to be bubbling that's if there had been any of course . I've seen more cheese on a burger . . Pity we went during the winter , if we had went in summer at least the sun might have heated our food . Not recommended

TGI Fridays

TGI Fridays – The O2

Absolute shambles. Told the wait would be 1 hour — waited 145 minutes. Tables left filthy, staff carrying dirty plates between tables, and management were completely useless.

Food was clearly frozen meat. Toilets weren’t working but they were still serving food, which is illegal, Multiple complaints from our group were ignored.
Until I told the management straight we was going to sit down at the next available table and we will be served food otherwise there’s gonna be a problem,
I use restaurants a lot and I’ve never experienced anything like this and I have never refused to pay for a meal yesterday was the first time avoid this place at all Cost,

Went to the TGI Friday's within the O2

Went to the TGI Friday's within the O2. After eventually being seated. We waited 25 minutes for our order to be taken. While we were sat waiting we had a birdseye view of the serving hatch area. The man that was stood there sorting the orders, was man handling the food before the server took it to the customer. He was not wearing gloves, he was moving fries from one plate to another, taking the top of the burger buns off, putting things in them then putting bun lids back on. We also witnessed him taking food off one plate and put on another , he was also taking tickets out of the printer, touching the TV screen, and fiddling with his keys on his lanyard. Absolutely disgusting, not once did I witness him wash his hands. When our food finally arrived it was stone cold. We paid almost £50 for a meal that could have been cooked better and more hygienic by a 2 year old! Absolutely disgraceful

Tgi has gone absoutley downhiill , too over priced

Tgi has gone absoutley downhill in norwich, Staff were good but the food quality was very poor and overpriced. I actually felt like i was eating at a bbq who can't cook properly. It was overcooked. No flavour. Chips were over cooked, burger was too thin and the bun was very dry. Food had no flavour to it. I went to tgi years ago, the enviroment was so much different and food was a spot on. Where did it go wrong. Not the same atmosphere. Was a bit drabby. Food qaulity is shocking, would of been better getting a take away, first time in a long time that i didn't finish my food. Others on the table said the same, they said the food quality wasn't we would of expected from tgi for the price we paid. They ordered different foods too. Would i come back again, definitely not, it overated. Not worth it. Even my friends said they won't go back there aswell.

TGI Friday at The Fort

TGI Friday at The Fort, Glasgow, visited with grandchildren. Did not have a good experience. Burger was very poor quality and not as advertised. Single, dried up burger on a bun, with dried cheese, instead of double burger and the bun was so hard it was inedible. No explanation given for the food not presented as advertised, until questioned and really poor excuse given. Steak tough and very chewy, not pleasant. Manageress took burger off the bill.
Very expensive for such poor quality.
Dirty glasses and cutlery.
Poor service, had to ask for cutlery, napkins, sauces. Will not return.

Would not recommend this establishment…

Would not recommend this establishment in Reading at all such a shame because i know what we should expect as long valued customers.
We witnessed the waitress jump behind the bar tonight because there was still not any service after fifteen minutes.I was thankful but we also witnessed another customer showing her how to pull a pint and by the time I tasted and looked at it's content I could not taste any beer at all , a larger shandy £8.95 <
Very politely queried it but the waitress school age decided to tell us fk off and get out under her breath.
The manager appeared and offered another shandy I said no but if there the same price as a pint of larger I'll have a pint for my bro but the response was no ?
The manager sounded scared of his waitress she was screaming in the kitchen we witnessed other tables returning food.

Bad all

Dirty table, no cutlery, badly cooked meat, and cold food. I pointed out all the problems, but the manager did nothing to show that he was sorry. I believe that in this way, it will not have a long life. It will close. Less than one star.

Room for improvement 🙏

Visited TGI Fridays in Coventry tonight. Very young staff appeared to be very poorly trained. Long bench seats were sticky. On a positive the food was nice & they had 0% Larger & 0% Guinness to drink. Staff struggled to apply a discount voucher correctly to the bill. However, the staff were pleasant & helpful, just need a bit more training & I’m sure a good branch manager could make big improvements 🤞

Don't go to TGIFridays

We ordered a £150 gift voucher as a present for some friends, they have never received an email with the gift voucher in and the money has gone out of our account.
No way of contacting TGIFridays to sort this out.

Went for birthday meal

Went for birthday meal, table for 6, not been for years. On ordering was told they had no steak, then after checking told they did. Waited 90 mins for starter to come out, tasted fine, main meal very disappointing, kids plate beans had not been heated at all, rest of the plates food was cold apart from sizzling fajita's. Burger bun was black where it had been burned, ribs were burnt. Restaurant half empty so wasn’t busy. Had to call waitress for more drinks each time then took ages for drinks to arrive. Very disappointing considering prices

Very disappointing – not worth the money

I used to love TGI Fridays but it went downhill so not been for a few years so thought we’d try it again but my recent visit was really underwhelming. The food quality has gone downhill and it’s nowhere near as good as it used to be. Portions were noticeably smaller, and it felt like they’re cutting corners with cheaper ingredients. For the price they charge, I expected far better – it felt overpriced for what we got.
I also couldn’t help but notice the restaurant wasn’t very busy at all, which makes me think others must feel the same way. It’s nothing like the old days when it was always lively and worth the trip. Sadly, it has lost the value and quality that made it a great place to go.

Service fine, food poor.

Service was fine, polite and friendly.
Menu very expensive, eg sweet potato fries over £6, pit beans £6.99, small portions. Smash burger dripping in fat. So generally service fine food and price poor.
