Second review if I'm allowed.

Really helpful lads, they deserve 5 stars, don't often get better service than this, I wouldn't use anyone else, they're the best!!!!
I bought a Coleman Bedrock 2 person Backpacker tent from TGS Industrial Supplies. As I erected it at a remote campsite one of the angled ferrules on the pole buckled, it was weak and pliable. I tried to gently bend it back but not unexpectedly it broke. This meant I had no where to sleep and after 2 nights I had to curtail my holiday. I contacted TGS when I got home who said they would contact Newell's , their supplier. I said the matter was a design fault and the tent was not of satisfactory quality but they weren't interested in what had happened and insisted on sending me another pole. I said that I would not risk another pole breaking . One of the advisors at TGS then said the poles were excluded from the warranty !!! I rang Newell's who actually did not know if that were true or not. Generally I decided not to waste any more time or money (£91) and have put this poorly designed, dangerous tent out for the bin men. I cut myself trying to remove the ferrule to pack it up. Also I could see that the design meant it was very unlikely the inner and outer would stay separate, meaning condensation or rain would wet the unfortunate inhabitant. I notice that online review forums for the tent say that some reviews have been removed....no wonder they probably have loads to shift. Also the tent weighed 3.2 kg not the 2.5 kg stated by Coleman
Amazing customer service, rare to find these days. Good communication and quick resolution to manufacturer error. Big fan and I'll be returning in the future, cheers again
We live local to this business and have used them several times for Calor products, they are always well priced and as we are local deliver to us FOC next day and by a pleasant helpful driver, Well Done TGS, is all i can say from my interactions with this company.
I bought a Robens Challenger 2 tent from TGS Industrial Supplies last year ready for camping this season, but the tent proved almost impossible to put up and take down and I badly injured my finger trying. TGS said that they would look at it if I sent it back at my expense and that they would then send it back to me if they couldn't find a fault with it. This would have proved a further waste of money and a quite pointless exercise. I think the tent is either faulty and/or just a very poor design. I have bought another make of tent from another supplier. I am not impressed with TGS Industrial Supplies, or with Robens.
