Thalia stands for diversity, and offers a wide array of English language literature at great discounts. It's my #1 go-to bookstore. An added bonus is the fact that you can now use rebate codes, and still have your online order sent to your local branch store.

I ordered 4 books in English once I was in Hamburg, Germany for my son for his birthday. They didn’t have them in store, but they help me to order them and they processed the order very smoothly and delivered all of them to my home in Denmark without hiccups. First time right well done!!!

I am not happy with their delivery date promises, but their service in general is not that bad and prices are also okay.

Poor and incompetent customer service. Customer service gives false information about the return of the product. It takes over month for them to confirm that they have received the product, even though DHL has registered the return. After months, the customer return is still open.

Katastrophe… I made an order on 13.01 , it was written about the delivery in 5-7 working days. Yesterday I contacted them , they told me they send the detailed information when finally I could receive my order, after one day silence I called them again, they told me they send an email within an hour… after 3 hours I canceled the order. I never order anything by them!

I ordered a book online for the second time. For the second time as well it was damaged. I wrote another review in Google and they had the cheek to answer "it happens due to transport". Apart from that, their accounting personnel can't write invoices properly. Hands off!

I ordered few books in English. There is plenty to choose from. The first part of my order arrived quite fast. The books were nicely secured and arrived not damaged. The online store is intuitive.
