I recently purchased a used Fiat 500 Rockstar Twin-air from this dealer and received first-class service from Paul Duncan! The process was a breeze from start to finish and he delivered on his promises of not cutting corners and being completely transparent on the condition of the car. Great communication and rapid service. Would highly recommend!

or ... if you need to use them, take extensive photos of your car before dropping it off, and get them to sign off on the condition of the car. They are known for crashing your car and then saying it was already damaged.

At the end of 2021 my wife bought a 2019 500X diesel automatic. The sale process was flawless, polite, really not salesy or pushy in anyway.
A few weeks later we noticed a bit of trim coming off and the battery cover was missing, so arranged for these to be fixed at the dealership. Minor niggle that the car was returned with no fuel and unwashed - but hey ho! At this point it was noted that the front tyre was below mininum on the edge despite only having done 1,200 miles since purchase. This was raised with the dealership who agreed to replace the tyre. This was just good old fashioned customer service and Ian Biddle in particular is sounded out as being helpful and pragmatic.

Paul Duncan from the Fiat Slough branch was a joy to work with from start to finish: informative, friendly and went out of his way to help. I would recommend the branch and in particular Paul’s help to anyone thinking of buying Fiat.

Booked my car in for a service and asked if it was possible to have an electric Fiat 500 as the courtesy car as I was looking at purchasing a new one. The lady in the phone was very helpful but said I would have to wait a number of weeks for the Electric fiat 500 courtesy car. I was happy with this.

At 4.45pm today, when I was due to bring my car in at 8am tomorrow for a service, I received a call to say they have no courtesy cars available but could pick my car up. This was not what I had waited weeks for!

I shall arrange for my car to be serviced elsewhere and won’t be buying a new electric fiat 500c.

They have since call back to say they do now have an electric courtesy car available, as another customer has agreed to wait while their car service is done. I now have an electric courtesy car available to me.

Rosie restored my faith back in to Thames Fiat servicing department. From dropping the car off, to her showing me the controls of the electric fiat 500, to my collection of the car. Her customer service was amazing. I will put the issue I had down to a blip.

Popped into Fiat last week just to browse, but Paul Duncan was so amazing I ended up buying a car on the spot and I couldn't be happier.
Ive brought several cars in the past but no salesman has been as friendly and honest as Paul. Fiat Thames Motor Group, in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, have given me an excellent customer experience & focus. My daughters Fiat 500 was in for a 3rd year service, which was completed on time, in fact shorter than the estimate, we had agreed.
The car also had its first MOT, included in the schedule.
I was contacted by text, to complete the book in service information & a reminder call the evening before, from the service department.
The work was completed to a very high standard & a clean car returned. Thank you.

I contacted Fiat Slough from their adverts on auto trader to enquire about Fiat 500c and finance options.
On contact I was greeted by Ameer Shahid. Ameer was extremely helpful from the outset and communicated with me regularly throughout the deal.
I was initially quite nervous buying a car that was 250 miles away and one that I was not going to physically see before purchase. Ameer put my mind at rest by sending me a personalised video of the car. He came back to me with a finance deal which was totally tailored to my needs. Ameer was so helpful and therefore gave me confidence in making a big deal from so far away! The deal took all of 3 days to complete from the initial call to receiving my new car to my door! Superb! This is my 3rd 500 and so I will certainly consider Thames motor group in my future purchases! Thankyou Ameer.

Had a fantastic experience. This is the second car we've purchased from here, and our first brand new electric model. Ameer Shahid was our sales consultant, whom was very friendly and personable - making the transaction completely painless and clear. The new car arrived when he promised and is perfect, so everything went very smoothly. Rosie Curtis was our after-care service advisor and was exceptionally helpful, communicative and accommodating - most importantly having immediate answers to some tech queries we were unable to solve ourselves. In one key instance, she told us how to literally halve our charging time; which in itself warrants a 5 star award. Very big thanks to them both!

Wow! What customer service. I cannot recommend Paul at Thames Motor Group enough. Paul was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect Fiat and everything was so quick and easy. Four days from enquiry to being delivered to my door by a lovely gentleman (sorry I didn’t catch his name) from start to finish it has been the easiest purchase ever, with some lovely personal touches such as a thank you video. Purchased a new Abarth 595 Comp which has been my dream car for years I've just never had the credit to afford one until now.

Now my circumstances have changed I finally decided to get the ball rolling & I luckily enough dealt with Abb throughout the whole process, Abb always returned calls or e-mails promptly and kept me up to date with spec options, invoicing and even my own custom video walkaround before travelling over 200 miles to collect.

From the first phone call to me driving away in my new Abarth was less than 72 hours. Now that is impressive!

Thames Motor Group, especially Abb Ahmed have a good approach on how to do business, unlike a few others who have no interest in customer's like myself & can't be bothered to call you back.
10/10 would definitely use again. Can't recommend enough. Look forward to the next purchase in the future.

I was given a very detailed handover taking time to explain all of the car functions and setup personalisation and phone/sat nav etc

A good selection of very keenly priced new and nearly new low mileage high spec stock in good colour combinations and specification.

It’s not often that the parts department receive any plaudits, but I’d like to give a special shout out for Ian at Tunbridge Wells. His obvious enthusiasm, courteous manner, and product knowledge, made for an exemplary customer experience, which is a far cry from that all too often found at rival dealerships.
