my immersion weekend

bill hook was very good, he touched on so many different parts of real estate, he was thorough I thought, I could relate with what he was telling us,
the experience at the rehab houses were good, the houses not so much,

It was a mind filling experience. I really want to learn everything and know how to do wholesales Rehabs, short sales the whole works. And be successful

I really enjoyed the full immersion class. At one part of the class I lost what was being taught and felt lost.
This was noticed and I was asked to come in 30 minutes early and go over with the teacher. This was so very helpful and my confidence came back.

Full Immersion
We just went to our full immersion weekend with Scot and had a great time it was a great group of people and a very up beat learning environment. DJ and Al were great and I think everyone really took a lot away from this weekend I know we walked out with a whole lot more confidence and knowledge than going in.

The Full Immersion was fantastic - Jon Garnett taught us so much and motivated us. He made us feel like we are going to be successful and these are the tools for our tool box to get us there.

Fantastic! We got a terrific overview of what we will be implementing as we launch our business, and the hands-on tour of homes and completing the Repair Estimator was a great confidence boost. Networking with the Realtor and other Mastery students was an excellent start to relationship building. We loved it and highly recommend!

We learned a lot that weekend. Without this step nobody could move on what we learned was crucial. Tim was a real good teacher. His ninja tips were really good also.
We learn to evaluate houses to be flipped we did two of them and we all came within a few thousand dollars of each other.
Your system works very well. Thank you very much the Bushor family.

The Full Immersion was mind blowing, something that seems to keep happening with Fortune Builders. Scot did an awesome job with each class exercise, explaining how they work and what to expect, keeping us involved with the discussions and telling us some true stories about some of his projects. Meeting new people with like minded goals and making some new friends. Of course my favorite part was the property tour and learning the Repair Estimator, heading back to talk with the class mates to compare and see what they may do differently. A great experience. Thank you Than and your team for giving us this opportunity in helping us succeed and helping to make our dreams come true.

It’s a great eye opener for beginner investors like us, with the information received we were able to calculate asking price plus repairs and ARV correctly and put offers in two houses, we hope to get at least one!
Very intense, but active enough to keep everyone attentive

I was greatly encouraged and my confidence grew considerably as the weekend progressed. When we did the walkthrough on Sunday and the whole class’ numbers for “cost of renovation” were similar (no Matter the individual experience), you could see how well the systems we were learning worked.

Full Immersion was great and Sahar was an absolutely rock star!! To see and hear how FB has changed his life, along with so many others, is such a great testimony. I left feeling like I was unstoppable and confident, backed by systems and an entire family to support me!!
