The delivery is late
The delivery is late, and not able to give me an date when I will get the parts. I ordered at the 14.th and should get the parts at the 16.th. The you you made a new order, for the same part, at the 16. th with delivery at the 18.th.
Your language is only English- even on the phone. It should have been possible with at least Scandinavia.

Total incompetence
Waiting for 40 minutes in store to pick up "klar til henting" package that was ordered 5 hours earlier.
Then they tell me "its not packed yet. it is just our system that says it is"
