I cannot recommend their service enough! Kevin went above and beyond today to help me complete my order and make sure it was the best possible outcome for us. Honestly so impressed with their level of customer service. Thank you!
Many thanks to Kevin, had no issues with his services at all. He communicated well throughout the whole process, answered all my questions quickly. I had specific request regarding the delivery and he catered to it. Honestly no complaints at all, great service.
Thank you Kevin
Very bad experience with this company. First the wrong font was used despite sending them the appropriate file. Then the aspect was incorrect, despite clearly requesting portrait. Then the spacing was incorrect despite requesting for text to be centred. Final print was slightly off centre. When going back to the company to request a reprint I was accused of not checking the proof properly. No resolution was offered apart from having to pay half price plus VAT plus delivery. When going back to them for a better resolution they simply repeated themselves, telling me to check their terms and conditions and that the fault lies with me and that this is ‘standard printing practice’. The request of printing centrally was a very basic one. I checked the proof but it wasn’t obvious that it was off centre until arrival. Really disappointed I wasted £140 of my small UK start up money with this extremely unhelpful company. I dealt with Kevin.
